Used to be a regular, that’s probably going to change. I went in around 7:45pm tonight (7-9-24) and I ordered a Strawberry Sangria, Taro Milk Tea, and a Thai Milk Tea. As usual, everything was good EXCEPT the Thai Milk Tea. I’ve ordered it a million of times and it’s always great, but tonight it was just super watery and there was no flavor. Only two sips were taken. I went back in and explained to the two girls working that it wasn’t good and I asked if it could be remade. They said it was premade so I asked if I could get a different drink instead. I paid over $6 for a cup of water and an essence of flavor. They said no to making something else because their manager doesn’t allow that. No refund offered, no coupon to get reimbursed in the future, just a cup of frustration. After working in the restaurant industry as a manager for years, this is ridiculous. How on earth am I supposed to come back and pay $6-$7 for a drink that I may not be satisfied with. I went here with a friend and I got a strawberry matcha milk tea with strawberry popping bobas with soft top. My friend got the creme brûlée milk tea with the pudding inside of it. We also got a pastry each. My friend didn’t know what she wanted at first and the people working there were very helpful, they let us know what is most popular and their personal favorites which helped her decide to get the Crème brulee milk tea (she absolutely loved it) . The drinks were expertly crafted in a timely manner. The pastries were warmed up nicely. The store itself was super cute, everything was decorated and clean.
