We ordered pizza, chicken and bread twists tonight at 6:27. The delivery tracker showed it was quality ckecked at 6:42. I called at 7:10 or so to inquire where my pizza was at and was told that they were waiting on a driver. I state that my pizza would be cold and no longer fresh. Pizza has a shelf life of 30 minutes on freshness, the guy hung up on me! Our pizza left the store at 7:21 and was not delivered until 7:35. We live less than 2 miles from the store. I called back at 7:43 or so and asked to speak to a manager and someone called Tyler stated he was. I told him I wanted the order remade and he stated he refunded my money and had no concerns that it was 7:45 and we didn’t have dinner. Nothing like throwing out $30.00 worth of food. Even if the money was refunded. Will be checking with my bank in the morning to ensure it was refunded. Not a place to order from. If this was my first time eating there I would never eat there again.
Update: We have tried to order again from them, but getting someone to answer the phone is hard to do! I have a credit from them supposedly attached to my phone number can’t get them to or answer the phone so I can use it. We decided to give them another shot it’s been six weeks since our last order and my husband loves their jalapeño chicken if it’s hot. I placed the order at 5:34 PM on 12/23/19 it showed that it was quality checked at 5:54 PM. I received a phone call at 6:40 that my order was out for delivery. I didn’t receive my pizza until shortly after seven so it sat there for over an hour getting cold. Call the store spoke with the manager on duty who stated that he would just void the order, didn’t get the last money from Domino’s probably won’t get this credit either. He stated that they were short staffed I asked him if Bree was still the store manager and he said yes she was and I asked when she would be working next. He stated he could not give out that information. What I find funny is Domino’s is all about customer service with this insurance deal, But they sure don’t follow through. There commercials are a joke now! Our Dominos just doesn’t care about customer service! Another $30 down the drain and it will be the last time that we give them a chance I can’t keep throwing good money away for bad items. We didn’t even get everything that we had ordered. And they just don’t seem to care at all. He stated that there are other customers know that they are shortstaffed and they’re working with them on that. Read moreMy son order pizza around 8:45-9 pm. We waited until 11:30 pm and still hadn't gotten our pizza. My grandkids were over and very hungry. My son called to find out what the problem was & They told him that they had cancelled his order. We never received a call from them telling us that. My babies went to bed with "P.B.&J.'s" @ midnight for dinner. I talked to the manager the next day & was told that they ran out of several of the things my son ordered and they tried to call twice to ask him what to do. I informed him that we were ALL sitting in the living room with my son and his phone and he NEVER got a call. He denied getting a call from my son @ 11:30 pm & I let him know that we all watched him call & then get extremely angry when he got off the phone. I then informed the manager that my son needs his $ back AND his pizza. That it was not right that my grandbabies and my kids had to go to bed with pb&J's @ midnight. That my babies suffered. I informed him that we will wait for the order. He made the order and forgot one pizza. Plus, 2 of my granddaughters and I waited until everyone that came in the store AFTER us got they're orders. They didn't put gloves on to make ANY of the pizzas. When we asked them why, we were told that they are not required because the pizzas go through the *425 oven and kills everything. My oldest granddaughter called to ask them to make the 3rd pizza that they didn't give us & she was told that they will make it after they take care of the rest of the people that came in. Read moreHands done the worst I have ever been treated in food service in my life. I ordered a pizza about 650pm. By 820pm it wasnt here so I called to check the status. First they tried to tell me that I only ordered 25mins ago. False. So then I'm told that the driver tried to deliver my pizza but I never answered my phone when he called, I was staying at a local hotel. I informed them my phone never rang but if my pizza was ready I would just come pick it up now because at this point I'm dealing with 3 tired, crazy ky and hungry kids under the age of 7. I get there and as I'm checking the border the little girl behind the counter whips around and threatens to call the police on me for cussing in her store because I'm pretty sure i mumbled a s word or r word under my breathe as I'm checking the order. I told her that the situation was rediculous. She then proceeds to try to show me on a cell phone where her driver tried to call me 11 times. Only problem was he called the wrong number 11 times. I pointed that out and they fact that I repeated it to them several times over the phone when I called. I've had the same number for literally 20 years this was clearly HER mistake as she took my order when I called. No apology, no sorry there was a mix up or some.confusion. not even a hey I'll go ahead and wave the delivery fee since we never delivered it.
