Worst experience I've ever had at a fast food place, let alone at any Freddy's. An employee was smoking right outside the front door when we got there. She later walked in and did not even wash her hands. The first cashier straight up walked away from the register while we were looking at the menu. The next one took forever to even show up while I was standing there waiting to order. After finally getting to the register, she didn't say a single word and just stared at me until I started ordering. She was too busy complaining about a coworker with another coworker and failed to get part of our order right (plaint cheeseburger had everything BUT cheese on it). The part of it that she did get right (next cheeseburger with no onions) the kitchen messed up and put onions on it. We had to move tables because the first one we sat down at had ants on it due to food not being properly cleaned off. The trash cans were completely full and this place was not busy enough that they couldn't be emptied. There were only three people that came in while we were there and maybe a half a dozen cars came through the drive thru. The employees were all just standing in the back talking. The only redeeming quality was the food that was correct tasted good.
My gut told me as soon as we walked in to turn right around and leave, and I should have listened. I am glad that all the other Freddy's we've been to have not been like this, because if this had been my first time I would never go to another...
Read moreWhen this Freddy's opened, we were absolutely thrilled, because it was close to where we live. The first couple of times here were pleasant and enjoyable but became increasingly more disappointing. Today was the worst. We ordered (the young lady was very pleasant and helpful), and got seated to await our food. When our number was called, another customer jumped up thinking it was his number. He then began touching our food. At first, I thought it was just a natural mistake. The customer apologized. No problem. Here's were the problem began. The young man who was assisting the cook was very cooperative and took our touched food and began working to replace our order. This made the cook mad, and he began yelling at the young man, grabbed the food from his hands and literally threw the food in the garbage continuing to ridicule and yell at the young worker. This was absolutely not the young worker's fault. I told the cook that it was not the fault of his coworker, but he just glared at me. He wouldn't say anything to me...just glared. This was totally unacceptable, because not only I saw his immature behavior but other customers as well. No one deserves to be yelled at like that cook yelled at his helper (helper was innocent). We will not be returning, and by the look of other customers, they will not as well....
Read moreHad ordered online a few months ago (carry out), was told by the person working that they were short staffed and that they were closing two hours early. But clearly he was lying because there were plenty of people working and they just refused to make my order. I asked for a refund and they told me I had to go online to get one. I tried all night and couldn't get one online (I figured I would call the next day to get some help). The following day I called multiple times throughout the day and no one was answering the phone, I even ended up calling another Freddy's location but they were unable to help. I finally got someone at this location on the phone and talked with the manager. The manager apologized and said that he would get me a refund which he did, and explained to me that the employee was supposed to get it for me the night before and he knew exactly who I was dealing with, and then he also said he would send me some vouchers in the mail, which all this time later I still haven't gotten anything. Terrible service, I will never go back, I literally would drive further to a different location before I would try to come back to...
