If negative numbers were available for ratings, I would rate this at a -20. The lobby of the restaurant had food and garbage on the floor. There was no garbage can or bag or such in the garbage container near the soda fountains. There is a cup with what appears to have had liquid at one point in it and is now dry and disgusting. There was not one single clean table in the lobby. Every single table had either food, garbage, liquid or dried up soda and such. The restroom was beyond gross. One toilet was full and unusable, the other had used toilet paper on the floor surrounding the toilet. The soap dispenser had IDK what dried on the handle to dispense the soap, the sink appeares to have dried feces on it along with the counter and back of the door. While eating our food we were blessed with the panicked hollering of "what the hell happened to my phone" from an employee putting orders together further back behind the register. The regional manager, Nicholas, was working the register and seemed quite amused with his employee, but he had no idea what the hell happened to his employees phone either. Meanwhile I inquired about the condition of the lobby and the bathroom (and of course the phone) only to be told that "yeah, there's a lot of homeless people who come in here". I'm sorry, WHAT? We had been in the store over 30 minutes at this point and had been the ONLY people who came in and out. I wish thus gabe me the optuon to share pictures of our super unpleasant experience! In all seriousness, I wouldn't recommend it NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU LOVE THE MUSHROOM...
Read moreThis location is a JOKE! The employees clearly don’t give a crap. Girl in the back with dermals are visible to customers, answered her phone on the line right in front of customers. When our food arrived, the server wasn’t friendly nor professional. The dining room was a mess. Missing our cheesy garlic fries, took our receipt to the counter, cashier said she’d bring them out. Took a few minutes, no big deal. I wish I had taken a picture of them! No garlic whatsoever, and there were COLD SHREDS OF CHEESE ON THE FRIES. I AM TALKING COLD SHREDDED CHEESE ON CHEESY FRIES! Now I’m upset. Took them to the counter and said “is this seriously how our serve cheese fries here?” They all turned around and smirked at me like ‘whoops! we got caught!’. Then the manager (I assume) asked the cook if that is how he was told to serve them, and he said yes! He says to her, “ do you want me to just put extra cheese on that?” Got my money back for my garlic less, cold shredded cheese fries, So now, a majority of the employees STARE at us while we are trying to eat our food. I will not return, EVER. I’m shocked this place has any customers....
Read moreOrdered through the drive-thru. Originally, ordered the big ham n cheese, but a male employee stated I could not have that because the ham was not thawed out, from being delivered. So, I asked for the frisco cheeseburger w/o tomato.
I repeated that two times. Got to the window and had to repeat my order again, to a female employee.
When I got the receipt I noticed she had entered "the famous cheeseburger" instead of the frisco cheeseburger. I let the female employee know there was a mistake.
When I received my order I double-checked and there was sourdough, bacon, swiss cheese, but the patty was not a normal frisco patty. It was thinner and smaller. I pointed that out to the female drive-thru employee and the manager, but they said it was the correct patty. I have eaten enough frisco's to know it was not correct.
Customer service gets a "F" for not making the proper item and then lying to a customer...
