Every time I come to this McDonald it is always something! This morning I ordered on their website and paid for my food! Had pay for a ride there and then lobby was closed! Supposed to be open at 6 and it was 6:20 already! So went to the drive through and was told no orders at this time! I told them I already placed the order and paid for it! Then no response from the store! Had to say hello and was told the order would cancel and I would get a refund! I told them I had to pay for a ride to get my food and ithe app should have said no orders! Again I got no response from them and had to say hello again! Has to tell them again what I previously said and then was told come to the second window! Get to the window and the lady asked for my code and she says oh I have that one! So I finally got my food and it was actually made correctly! My issue is every time I go to this McDonald they are rude and the inside is always dirty! I have to ask for a rag to wipe off my own table so I can eat at a clean table! Top it off you have to ask to use the bathroom because it’s locked! Now I understand why it’s locked what I don’t understand why you have to yell to get someone’s attention to unlock the door! Then even though I paid for food and sat in there lobby eating they comment about being a paying customer! I have to tell them I am and I just ate! There is one manager who I see just about every time I go and she is the rudest of all! She knows I pay for my food and still makes the rude comments! What makes it worse is several customers have said the same thing about her and her attitude! Unfortunately for me this is the only McDonald within miles of where I live and with no car I either walk, bus or occasionally a ride! So I’m stuck going to this McDonald but if you have a choice please don’t go here! If you have want good service and a enjoyable experience I suggest a different McDonald or a different restaurant all together! The food is good and usually fresh but the service ruins it!
Also side note which I think needs to be addressed is the app codes! The one for a percentage off does not calculate correctly and they know it!!! My order the other day was 15.75 and I used 20% off and got 2.21 off my order. Now before anyone says anything the 15.75 was before tax was added! My discount should have been 3,16! If you tel them they say we know and then they do nothing to correct the problem! So basically the system is messed up and they aren’t going to fix it!
So again go somewhere else if you can, give your money to a company that actually cares about their customers and...
Read moreI Live near this McDonald's and love to eat there often! Each time me and my family go there it is normally after 9:00 p.m. and we are in the Drive-Thru for over 30 minutes minimum! We always use the app to order to take advantage of the awesome deals! Our last visit we were treated awful! The lady working the speaker at the drive-thru menu treated us as we were a problems & not wanted there! She refused to let us have two separate orders using two separate mobile apps! As we had already been in the Drive-Thru 30 minutes we could have used the same McDonald's app , but beings we had two orders we continued on and tried to use our 2 mobile orders! We got one order and used one mobile app she would not even let us place our second order and not use the mobile app! It was ridiculous how rude she was I would leave her name, but as my name and picture are posted here I do not want any further problems, but thanks to Kayla I believe is how you spell her name . The manager on for the night shift made us feel welcome back and did comp. Our large fry ! I understand that people have bad days, but attitudes are contagious and you should leave them at the door before clocking in! Read moreUnbelievably horrible service. Maria the manager refuses to take accountability for her clerical error. You would think putting in the code from the app and having a limited amount of choices to choose from it would be hard to mess up a order. Understandable mistakes happen we are humans. The young lady they had initially putting in my order was growing overwhelmed and confused.And so when maria came to clarify it, she herself, put the order in. Maria insists she knows what I ordered. She knows my thoughts and there is no way she put in the order incorrectly. The level of incompetence and arrogance is a reminder why they will always be a bottom of the barrel Mcdonalds. Where you can only hope that the one person who is competent and the person who is sober will be the same person that day. Today was not that day.
