WARNING!!!!! BEWARE!! WHATEVER. DO NOT GO HERE if this “man” is on duty. Extremely rude, stingy, and a straight up liar. Three separate occasions where I did not receive the sauce I ordered (WITH PROOF, ON RECEIPT) which is usually no big deal at a fast food place. Oh not with him. Don’t ever expect it to be with him. He will accuse you of lying - why would I need to? Then force you to pay for more (has even lied about the price of sauce to me before claiming it was $1.25!) This evening was MY LAST STRAW, I ordered 4 sauce and received NONE. I asked for the sauce I had ordered. He STOPS his employee to tell them to only give me 2. My meal only comes with 2. I told him yes, and I ordered two extra. He told me it didn’t count since I mobile ordered my meal. Umm.. I have never been told that I don’t think that’s how it works. He kept going back and forth with me until I just said whatever and paid the stupid $0.40. To the point where his co worker began apologizing to me for his behavior and was visibly embarrassed. Soo… where is my sauce now that I paid?I only got 2. I paid for 4 TOTAL. Now he accuses me of lying again, saying no I’ve already gotten 3. WHO LIES OVER MCDONALDS? I just wanted what I ORDERED IN THE FIRST PLACE. Absolutely ridiculous to hold up the line for that. To raise your voice at customer and accuse them of lying is crazy. The worst part is he acts like this all the time and still somehow has a job?!
Here is another fun story about this aforementioned “man”. THE PROTECTOR OF 20¢ SAUCE. MCDONALDS’ ULTIMATE WARRIOR. This was in April when I first moved to town and didn’t know of his crazy antics yet. Ordered, paid, didn’t get my receipt (big mistake), and pulled up to the food window. Our boy the sauce guardian opens the window all mean and fast, accuses me of trying to steal and speeding by the pay window. I deny this and he tries arguing with me saying I absolutely did. I was very confused, see I get notifications right to my phone whenever I use my debit card. I got a notification at the pay window literally saying my card had been charged at mcdonald’s. I explain this to him. He says well it didn’t go through on our end - can’t give you your food. I kinda stare at him and he says nothing and i ask well do you need me to swipe my card again? He’s like oh yeah. You couldn’t tell me that it didn’t go through?? Try again?? No he thinks i’m trying to steal from a mcdonald’s. I don’t know who hurt this man but someone please tell him…. nobody is trying to pull a fast one over on mcdonald’s. it is never that serious. truly. and paying customers deserve to be...
Read moreI am so tired of this locations night crew not giving even the slightest amount of effort to do things correctly. I understand it's McDonald's. However I have worked in fast food before and I know what temperature my food should be and luke warm/cold is not it. If you have me pull forward and wait almost 10 minutes while my infant so is loudly upset in my backseat, I expect fresh food. A chicken patty for the McChicken should be done in 7 minutes and the nuggets I ordered should have been done in less then 6 minutes. I've run a fry station and just because they want to keep their drive time down does not mean they can skip out on service. It's no one's fault they don't know how to drop proper portions. You do NOT over prep on the fried foods because you get people like me who know what they are supposed to receive. I laugh that employees actually thought McDonald's workers should be paid $15 and hour... With the service this location provides the employees would be lucky to get $15 a shift. This was the final straw for me. I was in too big of a hurry the other day to complain about my visit prior to this one where I order a simple cheeseburger withOUT onion. I couldn't eat it. A huge mound of diced onion was squished into my cheese and the burger patty was cold and smelled old. Mainly since it was just a dollar sandwich (even though I was very hungry and I hadn't eaten in hours) I let it go. I just waited to eat until I got home later on that night. Honestly the last 5 consecutive times I've visited this location for anything other then breakfast my order was wrong. I guess the morning crew are the best workers they have. Save yourself the grief and go to the Legends location or head over to JO. It doesn't matter what it is, a business needs to put forth the effort to accommodate every paying guests requests. Or risk reviews like this one....
Read more10/16/2022, at 2:09p... Food was fine, although what I ended up ordering wasn't what I wanted. The attitudes weren't very inviting. I started with a hi, may I have the McChicken meal (advertised at $4.98 on the sign just ahead of the order screen). The gentleman only put the McChicken sandwich on the screen for $1.98. I reminded him I wanted the meal and he finally said, it doesn't come as a meal and left it at that. (Sometimes one version of something is avail vs another and IF maybe that was the case, he could've said something but he didn't, instead just kept saying is that all.) I continued with something different and said he could remove the sandwich please, in turn the reply being "yep, anything else". After ordering 2 meals, he simply said pull forward. I pulled to the window to pay and there were 2 young ladies at the window and one just stuck her hand out for payment. I still didn't know how much, but normally they mention the order since it's a dual drive thru. After saying hi to her, I had to actually ask what the order was and the total. She seemed frustrated. I kept it polite, like I always do and thanked her. She just looked at me. I pulled forward to get my order and that gentleman wouldn't even smile, let alone speak. I smiled at him, said hello and he just shoved items out of the window. I thanked him and as I drove away, there was a faint, "have a nice day". It takes way too much energy to fuss and be rude, so I choose not to. It takes more effort to frown than to smile, so I prefer to smile. I was quite confused about the interaction with the 3 individuals but maybe it was just one of those...
