Avoid this location!!! No drive thru. Inside a Grocery Store. Worst Starbucks ever. Caramel Crunch Frappuccino w/extra caramel, How basic is this recipe?..it has been on the regular menu for forever. The barista was giving a vibe as he was annoyed at life. The lady in front of me waited an eternity for her Frap. At the end wasted 12 bucks.. The Frap I ordered didn't taste like nothing starbucks offers, I requested extra caramel and paid for it but didn't get it. First off, the customer service is horrible both times I've been to this location . The kid was mumbling in the speaker and I didnt understand a word of what he said. He preceded to laugh when I asked him to repeat him self twice . I told him at the windows to back off the Microphone and talk clearly when speaking and maybe people could understand what he was saying! He didnt care cause it's all teenagers who were clowning around both times I came to this location. I will go to a different location...

I stood there for about 5 minutes waiting for someone to help me, however was ignored due to them playing on their phones. Once I ordered, the cashier didn’t understand the order, even though it was a special posted all over their boards. He then charged me for a different drink, and when I pointed it out to him he tried telling me they “called it something else”.
