Nick's Italian Pizza — Restaurant in Kansas City

I go here from time to time. The pizza here is great! 2 big slices of pizza and a drink for 6 bucks. Quite a few people come here during lunch hour.

Pros: great menu variety. One of the few places that can have options besides pizza. If I'm not in mood for pizza, I get one of the 12 inch sub sandwiches. As for sides, good salads, fries and mozzarella sticks. But here's something that will make your mouth water. Bacon cheese fries!!! And it's mozzarella. Great staff too. Always friendly and helpful.

Cons: if you're strapped for time then order by phone. Just know that they there's a minimum dollar amount. There isn't much in the way of parking spots. But if your okay with a bit of walking then your good.

If your in the area and have a good appetite and want to save some money then go here. But be careful, you might wind up enjoying it too...

Update. I misjudged this place the first time. I rated it 4 stars because I thought it was just average mall pizza. However I must say that it is quite good. I’ve been back 8-9 times. I mean its not like gourmet pizza but its good for quick and fast pizza. At $8.99 for two slices and a soda its a good deal. Some of the other pizza by the slice places in KC charge $$6-$8 for just one slice. I want to try the pasta, wings or sandwiches but haven’t seem any...
