First time going to this location and I'm not very pleased, I was rushed to make my order and I chose two bundtlets and was rushed to finish my order it wasn't until my daughter said something that the lady who took my order asked if I wanted anything else. I started to just walk out and just not get anything at all but against my better judgement I gave her a second chance and again it was a fail. I added bundtinis and while I was telling her which ones I wanted she walked away so I had to repeat which ones I wanted. After all that the other lady working asked if we had been helped which I told her we were and it wasn't pleasant. She tried to make up a reason for the rude worker stating that they had a busy day but honestly it comes with the job, if you can't handle 5 people being in the store at a time you shouldn't be in that line of work. And it wasn't like it was 5 people per line, no 5 people collectively. No excuse!! Then as I'm waiting for my bundtinis she services another lady but was much more upbeat and friendly to her I hate to say that this worker is racially bias but that's the attitude she held. She didn't ask if we wanted forks either yet with the lady behind me she quickly asked if she would like a fork. Just really disappoints me. I love this Company, I usually spend at least $60 plus here, and was thrilled to have 1 closer to me But I'm not sure I'll be going back here. I'll drive the extra miles to go to Kansas. This was totally...
Read moreFirst time being here, last time being here. I was excited they had a gluten free option but my first bite of the gluten free chocolate chip was a mouthful of sugar. It's sickening sweet to the point you couldn't even taste the chocolate in it. The frosting was one of the worst frostings I've ever had. It was heavily coated and there was more frosting than bundt. My mother had the praline bundt and couldn't find the nuts anywhere either. It was straight sugar. Really disappointing.
The staff is nice but this business really doesn't have much to offer. Their design books for occasions was pretty elementary. Their design for New Year's bundts were no different than the birthday design. Except it looked like it was a clown themed birthday due to the pom poms and little balled hats. Don't be persuaded to use this place for wedding cakes either. They don't offer much for design other than stacking two bundts together and putting a fake flower in the middle. If you're wedding theme is flowers, then maybe, but otherwise, their pamphlets showed real flowers in the middle of the cakes with the note that real flowers aren't available. Then why false advertise wedding bundt cakes with real flowers? Those few designs didn't scream wedding either. As a bride approaching her wedding day, I want my cake to make just as much a statement as my dress while complimenting my theme and colors. Nothing Bundt Cake can't deliver that for really any...
Read moreA friend turned us on to your Bundt Cake's, yesterday. I said; what the @#$#@ is this. I was blown away, cause I'd never even heard of you Guys. How can that be. After tasting your White Chocolate Raspberry, I immediately ran outside to join the rest of the people whose taste buds, you've forever altered. To permanently join the ranks of The Walking Dead, as my verbal vocabulary is now reduced to only one word. Bundt, Bundt, Bundt. The first bite just blew me away, and I had to give my Dogs a bite, (please, no hate mail). One good thing, I won't have to walk the streets alone because they'll be with me. My oldest Dog looked at me and said; what the $&+@@# is this. I replied, I know right. Now, they repeat, as I do; Bundt, Bundt, Bundt. Someone saw us and said, your Dog's, they can talk. I know but Big Deal, have you tried Nothing Bundt Cakes. Well, there's 4 of us now. All teasing aside: absolutely the best. New Fans for life. Just explain to me, how did I not know. Glad you're...
