My family and I have eaten at this location since it opened. We have eaten here a few times a week up until a few months ago. One day we came in and all the staff had changed and more for the better. Got our order after ridiculous wait, large fry was filled about 3/4 full(had always been full plus bottom of order bag full too), patties were so thin you hold tjem up and see through them.
This pattern has gone on for the past few visits and today was the breaking point. Ordered a chesseburger without a bun with two extra patties, asked the girl at the counter if she got the two extra patties before paying. She confirmed that she did and I paid. Looked at the receipt and they weren't on there and went back to the counter. I asked her about it and she looked at me like I was speaking some language from another planet. I explained once again that I wanted 4 patties and she cslled over a guy to help decode what crazy message I was sending her. He could not grasp the complexity of these four patties going together and looked at me with the same look as the register girl. Lucky the mexican manager overheard my plea for four patties and said he'd take car of it.
While walking back to my chair another customer had brought his food up to complain as well. As I'm sitting with my wife I watch one more gentlemen complain and was reimbursed. Our numbers called and we get our food. I open up my pan(no bun) to find minature hocky pucks! No pucking cheese on these pucks!!! Couldn't hold my cool anymore..demanded money back and left!

Read moreI'm a delivery driver. I understand restaurants get busy and there is a wait time. But 15 minutes when the order was completed before I even got there to pick it up? I arrived 5 minutes before the stated ready time. I told the staff who I was there for and then stood back and waited for them to take care of the rest of the orders ahead of the one I was there for. All of a sudden all of the staff disappeared into the back and the shift leader was behind the counter working. I asked him are they still working on the order for xxx. He grabbed the sack off of the hood of the fry area. And threw some Fry's in the bag and gave me the sack and drink. I asked him has the order been sitting up there this entire time? The shift leader proceeded to tell me I needed to wait my turn and some other things in a language I didn't understand. I felt the sack and the burgers were ice cold. They mostly likely were finished and sacked before I arrived at the restaurant. I don't mind waiting but at all. I do understand being busy. To leave a customers order out to get cold for at least 15 minutes and then to go off on the delivery driver when he asks why is poor business customer relations. Read moreI ordered a Cheeseburger (with A1), 2 little Hamburgers, a small regular Fry, a Large Cajun Fry, and a shake. When I got home, my A1 cheeseburger was a Little A1 cheeseburger with a bunch of toppings that I didn’t order and had Mayo on it (which I am allergic to). Both little Hamburgers were supposed to not have pickles or Mayo on them, and they did (and had cheese on them also (and they were for people that have a dairy allergy), the small regular fry was a Cajun fry, the Large Cajun fry was a regular fry, and the shake wasn’t right either, spent almost $50 for the wrong food. As soon as I saw the order was wrong, I called. They apologized and reassured me that if I came back in that they would correct it. I live about 30-40 minutes away so it took me a few weeks before I was back in the area, when I finally went back to have them correct the order, I was treated like a criminal and was told that there is no way my whole order got messed up. Maybe if they spoke better English at this location they would have got my order correct. My recommendation is if you are going to this location, either go anywhere else, or just burn your money, because they will mess up your order and then act like everything was right when you go back in and say they didn’t make a...
