My wife, a friend of ours and myself went in for a meal and it was an all over ok experience... Until my wife asked for a cut of steak. I had just had one and it was good, so she decided to get one herself, after she had finished eating her salad. She ate a bite or two before i had noticed the coloring of the meat was not to her normal liking, so i asked her to cut into a thicker part of the steak. To my surprise the steak was discolored. As though it was rancid and she noticed a slimy feeling to the inside of the meat. I went and got another piece for comparison. We notified the staff that was taking care of the section we has been seated in. The lady we spoke with was named Janet and she notified the manager whom never even gave us his name when he came to address the problem we showed him the meat and he said there was nothing wrong with it. Now that said my wife likes her steak rare and the inside of her steak was more discolored than the out side of the meat. I showed the manager my cut that was cooked to med rare and it looked just fine but he went on a rant about well our meat comes in on this day and is immediately placed in the refrigerator and said it was just cut on Thursday and how because of this the meat could not possibly have gone bad. Now i have worked in food service for many years and i knew that was not right so i informed him of this. And how we was NOT just trying to get a free meal. We just wanted to let him know that they should keep a better eye on there meat products to avoid it happening. He looked dead at me and said again how it is impossible that the meat was bad. Now up to this point he had not touched the plate or even said he would look into the matter he just kept looking at us like we was in the wrong for informing him that his kitchen was serving spoiled meat. So i did what i thought necessary and stated that we will just take a picture of it and pass it to the health department so they could look into the matter at this point he grabbed the plate from infront of my wife and quickly stated ill look into it and ran to the kitchen......NO I AM NOT TRYING TO COST THEM BUSINESS IT WAS JUST A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH AN IGNORANT MANAGER HOW THOUGHT HE NEW BETTER THAN A CUSTOMER THAT HAS PLENTY OF KITCHEN EXPERIENCE. THIS IS JUST A FARE WARNING TO THOSE HE LIKE MEAT TO KEEP AN EYE OUT AND DONT LET SOMOEONE TELL YOU EVERYTHING IS OK WITH IT WHEN THERE IS OBVIOUSLY...

Unfortunately, this Golden Corral location continues to disappoint with each visit. I had hoped the service and overall experience would improve over time, but it has only declined to the point where I no longer feel comfortable supporting this franchise.
One of the main concerns is the behavior of the manager, a Caucasian woman, who I have personally witnessed engaging in an unprofessional argument with a customer in full view of other patrons. This type of conduct is completely unacceptable, especially from someone in a leadership position.
The employee working the steak station consistently ignores customers. He often acts as though he doesn’t see anyone waiting and, when asked for a specific steak preference, will give whatever he chooses instead. Additionally, there is often no steak ready, requiring customers to wait several minutes.
Another major issue is the lack of timely dish replenishment throughout the buffet. Many trays remain empty for extended periods, which makes the dining experience feel chaotic and poorly managed.
The servers tend to show clear favoritism to regular customers, while others are overlooked. On multiple occasions, I’ve had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for drink refills because servers appeared to be avoiding non regulars and give all of their attention to lagers tables.
Lastly, I encountered an uncomfortable situation at the host stand. After purchasing a buffet for myself, I attempted to purchase a second one for a guest who was arriving shortly. I expressed that I needed to use the restroom before fixing my drink, but the host insisted I get a drink immediately and refused to allow me to pay for the second meal in advance. Meanwhile, I watched another customer enter, tell the host he was joining his family, and was allowed through with no issue. This inconsistency in policy enforcement was both frustrating and concerning.
Overall, this location lacks professionalism, organization, and basic customer service standards. I do not recommend dining here and sincerely hope the franchise takes steps to improve this location’s operations and...

I went to Golden Corral with my family on Saturday night, November 16th, and we had an incredibly frustrating experience. It took a long time to get through the line due to disorganization, and when we finally got to our table, we were told to sit anywhere, as we had 9 people—5 adults and 3 children, one of whom is a toddler.
There were only a 6-top and a 4-top available, so we pushed them together to accommodate our group, making sure there was still enough room for others to walk through safely. After I went to the restroom, I came back to find a staff member shaking and aggressively telling us that we couldn’t have the tables arranged like that. He even tried to pull the table out from under my 8-year-old granddaughter, who was sitting there. We explained that it was still safe for everyone to walk through and asked around us if anyone had an issue, but he was the only one who complained.
He told us we would either have to move the tables or he’d refund our money. We explained that there were no other available tables, and the larger room with bigger tables was closed off. Despite this, he insisted we move or leave. Eventually, they refunded our money, but we were kicked out just for joining two tables together in a way that was still safe and functional for everyone around us.
This experience left a really bad impression. It was disappointing that we were treated this way when all we did was try to accommodate our group. I’m not sure what the issue was, but it seems like they could have handled this much better.
We will not...
