I'd like to give a huge thank you to the friendly, kind, hardworking staff at Crumbl for making the best cookies on the planet! Every company has a specific set of rules that employees have to follow and these particular employees go above and beyond to set a high standard of quality and professionalism! Crumbl unfortunately does not have delivery drivers so they have to use a third party such as Doordash, sometimes doordash delivery drivers do not deliver their orders and just keep it for themselves. I as an adult completely understand this is not Crumbl's fault, as I am the consumer who decided to place an order online knowing it would be delivered by 3rd party. If 3rd party delivery(Doordash) does not deliver an order it is now on them to compensate me for my troubles. This happens quite frequently with Doordash and they hold their delivery drivers accountable. I had this happen to me recently with a 300 dollar catering order and the driver just drove right past me and kept all the food. So I put my big boy pants on and called Doordash and they confirmed all the details and quickly refunded me. I wish everything was always perfect and we never run into issues with bad delivery drivers but life happens and we move on. I have worked food and retail and know how rude some customers can be. They feel entitled and have to blame their problems on the vulnerable instead of taking on the responsibility of their own actions. If I had just went and picked up my 300 dollar order I would be sitting in my beanbag chair shirtless with crumbs and BBQ sauce all down my belly and a big ol smile on my face, but nooooo, my lazy self had to trust in a 3rd party delivery service that took away my joy and happiness.. shame on you random stranger for ruining my mouth-watering craving for BBQ. ANYWHO, if you haven't tried the exotic random flavors of happiness that Crumble delivers every week I suggest you get in your car and go get yourself a party pack A.S.A.P. these cookies taste like the tears...
Read moreTerrible customer service! Very unhappy with the fact that I paid Crumbl Tiffany Springs for cookies, did it through the Crumbl app and then never got the cookies. Called Crumbl Tiffany Springs thinking they would resend the order, but instead Was told by a young and extremely snarky girl named Else (?spelling), that I needed to handle my issues with door dash not Crumbl Tiffany Springs?!? But Else, I didn’t order through door dash, nor did I pay door dash?!? So now Im left to chase down my money I paid to Crumbl Tiffany Springs all on my own and still have no cookies as a result. Then to have this entitled snarky girl Else act like “too bad”, not my problem, just really has me never wanting to give my future weekly Crumbl orders to this Crumbl Tiffany Springs location again. Every week from the same location for over a year just seems like it would have been handled much different. I’d highly recommend just ordering via door dash to begin with and maybe pick the Liberty or Gladstone...
Read more1st time I have tried Crumbl Cookies and this location just opened like maybe 2 weeks ago. I thought I would try this Strawberry Crumb Cake cookie. Doesn't have a ton of frosting which is nice. I heard that some cookies are way too sweet and rich. But this cookie was really yummy, not too sweet! All the sudden all these people came in and they don't have a big lobby. But it was fine. You can order at the counter or go to the self serve area and order on a screen and then wait for your order. The staff was friendly and helpful at the counter with the flavors, I heard them with other people. I just ordered on the screen and picked the one I saw online. They have weekly flavors so you might not be able to get the same one if you go next week or a month later. Definitely will go back another time to try another flavor, but it was almost $5 for just...
