I called this location to ask them if they had any premade pizzas, and if we wanted something different, how long would it take to make one. My husband was on the way home and was on a tight schedule. Therefore, I needed it in about 10 minutes when he expected to pass their location. The first call was answered by a female. I could hear her perfectly; however, she acted as if she couldn't hear me. So I told her I would call back on a different line (oddly she was able to understand that comment clearly). I called back from my land line. The same individual answered. She answered my first question just fine. Then I asked how long it takes them to make up a specific pizza. She hung up on me. I hoped maybe the old saying "the 3rd times the charm", so I called back one more time. This time a man answered. He asked me if he could help me. I said "I hope so. The first time I called, the woman who answered couldn't hear me. The second time I called, the call was disconnected. I then asked him how long it would take to make up a pizza?" He hung up on me as well. I could hear a woman giggling in the background. They didn't realize my last 2 calls were made on a land line....which doesn't drop calls. I suspect their store has a landline as well since they can be found in the white pages of AT&T's directory. It wasn't an accidental disconnection, especially with the laughter in the background. Not only have they lost a sale today, but I will not "reward" such extremely disrespectful and incompetent behavior with my financial support at any of their locations. Obviously if I could have rated them with no stars, I would have. Kansas City has many different kinds of pizza restaurants. I hope you will find one that provides the high quality customer service Kansas City...
Read moreI normally love papa Murphy’s and honestly frequent there more than I would like to say. However, it’s become increasingly common to have my order incorrect. I asked for a specific type of sauce yet it’s incorrect. I asked for 3 toppings and only got 2 of them. I’ve even gotten one that was the opposite, I ordered 2 toppings and it came with 3, one of which made it not okay for someone to each. It seems to all boil down to employee negligence. It’s really not hard to read this sauce with these toppings. I get it’s the holiday season but the basics need to be completed. Read moreI order from this location every couple months or so. NEVER had a bad experience. Everyone always seems friendly and kind. Today I ordered a pizza online at 11:30AM for a 3:30PM pickup. I had an emergency A/C issue at home and had to be here for the technician. I called the store at 3:15PM and said I'd be an hour late and if they could keep the pizza in a cooler rather than the speed rack where to-go orders are ready for pickup are kept. As small a request as that was I appreciated the kindness on the phone and when I went to pick up the order... an additional 30 mins later than expected. Your employees are great!! Thank you...
