I would refrain from any business from this location. On 12/02/2024 while entering the business to retrieve my order which advised it was ready, I was told it would be an additional 10-15 min., that was after waiting for approx. 15 mins. As i stood there, I observed presumably the manager standing next to the oven as pizza's sat waiting to get boxed up and noticed a big cloud of smoke exhaling from this person.
In disbelief, I looked over towards the lady also waiting for her order to see if she saw what I saw, and in fact she did. I then asked the employee to come here so I can speak with him. After conveying my observations to him and asking was he vaping, he initially denied it. After I reiterated that the lady standing next to me also witnessed what he did he admitting to doing it. He also said he was sorry, and that they were getting slammed.
I asked if he was a manager and he said yes. I then proceeded to tell him what he did was unacceptable and he's dealing with peoples food. This made him very angry and he began arguing with me. After demanding a refund and asking what his name is he refused to provide it. He also refused to provide the district managers name.
One of the employee's told him to give me a refund which that took roughly 5 mins. As others saw what was going on they left the store, I also told other individuals what I observed before being asked to leave. The pictured manager's name is Chad. Since this encounter, I've contacted corporate and notified the Health Dept. to launch an investigation.

Read moreI am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a recent experience I had with a Pizza Hut order. On Monday, I took advantage of the promotion offering 2 large pizzas for $25. Additionally, I added 8 boneless wings to the order, totaling approximately $65. However, upon delivery, I discovered that one of the large pizzas was missing from the order.
Upon informing the delivery driver of the error, I was met with significant resistance in resolving the issue. The driver attempted to contact the manager, who repeatedly hung up on him and refused to provide a refund or any other solution. Despite offering to drive to the store to rectify the situation, I was met with further disrespect and unprofessional behavior from the manager upon arrival.
Not only was the manager rude and dismissive, but she also made disparaging remarks about my ability to afford the food, which was completely uncalled for. Furthermore, my request to speak with her superior, who I believe is named "Elizabeth," was denied. The entire staff's lack of professionalism and disrespect towards me as a customer was truly appalling.
Ultimately, I did not receive ANY OF THE FOOD I ORDERED nor a refund for the incomplete order. This entire experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and I am now compelled to express my intention to never order from Pizza Hut again.
I sincerely hope that this matter will be addressed promptly and that appropriate action is taken to ensure that other customers do not have to endure similar treatment. I would suggest firing that entire staff, especially...

Which was supposed to be at 7pm. Generally I don't come into the actual store, I order online delivery ...but this is the 2nd time I've had an unpleasant experience.
Updated: Finally someone spoke to me at 729, and was informed they hadn't even started my order and it would be another 20minutes. Offered a free Cinnabon. She said something about the Super Bowl, but I was thinking possibly they were slammed due to being Valentine's Day, but at least adjust the time for online order to be more accurate.
