The food here is usually fresh and good quality but the service leaves a bit to be desired as it always seems to be the same young man taking orders when I go to this location and he is lacking any personal or business skills at all. One time he said they don't have chicken sandwiches and I asked him what do they have, he chuckled at me and replied all the normal stuff so I asked what about the sandwich don't you have? and he said, the chicken breast's for the sandwich and I verified that was the only thing they didn't have after he lmk that was all I asked if they had chicken tenders and he replied yes so as a non employee of the business doesn't it make sense that you can produce the exact same sandwich with two boneless chicken tenders, I guess I got the last laugh since I ended up with a sandwich that I wanted and what's more funny about this is that I went to a different location and they told me they had the same issue and just wanted to make sure using the boneless tenders as a substitute would be OK and I let them know that was a great use of resource and perfectly fine with me if only Mr Chuckles that runs this locations drive thru with the most monotone non welcoming idgaf attitude could only be as on top of his service game as other locations I would have given a better review because the quality of food here is always good but the service is always leaving a sour aftertaste but honestly I think this goes back to leadership and management because if he was properly trained with good follow through I don't think he'd be getting away with his lack of service but I can't fault the kid as he seems to be very red eyed and glazed over so with taking that into account I'm impressed to just get my order correct way to set the bar low so any achievement at all seems large maybe this kid is on to...

We've given this business ample opportunity to show up for us as paying customers and they fail EVERY time. NO MORE. Our last experience was SO BAD my husband walked out without ordering, got in the truck and just said "DRIVE"!!! This location is down right atrocious from the POOR customer service experience they provide, nasty and horrible attitudes, gross inaccuracy of filling your order, disregard for your business and you as a customer, quality of food, response time in filling your order, having abundance of product on hand to service the customer, staying true to their supposed operating hours, having self pride in their jobs, cleanliness of the restaurant, professionalism, hiring appropriate leadership to effectively manage the establishment, Etc. Etc. Etc. I could go on and on. This location in particular could single handedly collapse Popeyes brand as a whole. Not kidding here at all. If I thought contacting corporate again would help I would but it is crystal clear that when a business operates this poorly it comes from the top down. There are multiple reviews with customers expressing concerns and noone even cares enough to respond. Please do the customer, the neighborhood, yourselves and the Popeyes brand a favor and shut this place down. You don't care to serve the customer and at this point you're embarrassing yourselves. To all the customers out there please speak with what matters the most and that is your hard earned dollars. Read moreSCAMMERS! I ordered through the Popeyes app. Ten minutes later the door dash courier who was to pick up my order called me and told me my payment didn’t go though. I was confused because why would you be calling me instead of Popeyes. He proceeds to tell me they didn’t have my number and I’m like impossible I ordered through the app. I then hang up and call Popeyes he confirms and tells me my order didn’t go though. I check my bank account and the money has indeed gone out of the account. I’m like no impossible the moneys not in my account. He’s like well there’s nothing we can do because it hasn’t gone through. Meanwhile my app is showing me that the order has been received and is being prepped. I immediately hang up and make a claim. 30 minutes later the door dash guy calls me again (Mauricio) he ask me if I cancelled the order. I tell him no because I filed a claim and my payment has gone through. I’m questioning why he’s even still there as a door dash driver because if the order isn’t going through you have no way of making money off my order and could have been picking up others orders. I proceed to tell him and the Popeyes employee that I have filed a claim and won’t be canceling my order because if my payment was declined I should have received an email prior and Popeyes/ door dash should have already canceled my order.
