Just had a couple items delivered both where made wrong also ordered extra sides and paid for them was not delivered called and talk to the shift lead on duty who said I could give you a $3 dollar credit or make again and re deliver I told her I had been up since 3am and really just wanted to go to bed didn’t want to wait for another delivery she then told me it’s not 3am I told her I never said it was I said I have been up since 3am she then told me and i quote (You Do No The Customer Is Not Always Right Don’t You…) and she said that about 4 times in a row, mind you she sounded like she was extremely high both times I talked to her she was the one who originally took my order as well from what I can tell by voice. I then asked her for her name and she flat out hung up on me I called back she answered and said the credit will be on your account I again asked her if she was a shift lead or a store manager she said shift lead and I asked her name again, will leave names out of this post she told her name I asked what the head managers name was and she told me, I asked if that person was there she said no I asked when they would be there and she said tomorrow morning I said I will be going to have a talk with that person then about said shift lead she then tried to back step saying well I’m not yelling at you etc and proceeded to hang up again stating your credit will not be on your account… I will be going in tomorrow morning to talk to the manager if they are in fact there and if not I will be back daily until they are I am a business owner myself and I would fire a employee immediately if I heard any of my employees treating a customer like this. 1 good review might get a couple new customers 1 bad might lose several customers… I also would highly suggest that the franchise owner reach out about this issue or just be at the store tomorrow because I will be.
Ok I went in and talked to the store manager this morning finding out that so called employee used store managers name as her own and not a guy named Steve lol new that was coming, so the true store manager Sammie was excellent she listened to everything that happened wrote it all down and said she would be calling the district manager as soon as I left before I left she gave me a credit before I left the parking lot she was on the phone about a house later I was talking to the district manager on the phone who informed me he read the review talked to the store manager and the employee who acted the way she did was immediately terminated good for them no customer needs to be treated in the way I was so overall the store and management did the right thing thank you and I will...
Read moreMuch like Dog_Tag_732's review, I too received an overloaded calzone as far as pepperoni when I had actually ordered the Midnight Express.
In addition, I ordered the HOT WINGS & received BBQ. It was late Friday when I received the order. (After the driver whom was lost drove around approximately 20-25 min before I received my food) I called the restaurant in which I spoke with Josh, the mgr on duty. I explained the following issues: Calzone - NOT what was ordered & undercooked Hot Wings - Received BBQ AND undercooked
He apologized & offered to resend that night, but it was already after 11pm & I told him no thank you, but I was EXTREMELY disappointed.
His solution was to refund my order & said I would also have a $20 credit for the next time.
It's Wednesday & I noticed I hadn't received a credit on my card. (Incident took place on Friday) I called the store, spoke with Hannah whom apologized for Josh in noticing he had not voided the ticket as he should've of since it was all the same day. I didn't even ask about my "credit" as at the VERY least I'd like to get the money back. Times are weird right now & I work hard for the money I make. I was helping out a neighbor to no avail unfortunately.
Josh's excuse was that they were busy. That's great, but that's no excuse for compromising service & customer satisfaction.
#1 - LATE/slow delivery #2 - Not 1 but BOTH items were incorrect #3 - I was told one thing by management but they did not follow up.
I support local business, and it's unfortunate I had such a negative experience. I work so hard for my money and get by, that's it. And when I feel my money has been wasted when I decide to...
Read moreI ordered a Greek calzone, regular size at apprimately 11pm on a Sunday. I waited past the estimated time to pick up, which was fine except when I got there a sign on the door stated no customers allowed inside. It would have been helpful if the website had mentioned it so I could have continued my Fast Race on Candy Crush for just 5 more minutes.
The calzone was undercooked. It had very little flavor and it was very greasy. I saw through the plate glass that there was a small toaster oven type appliance they were using. It was very similar to the appliance we used for making Mexican pizzas, Encheritos and other melty foods when I shift managed a Taco chain back in the early 90's. But I digress... So far, late getting calzone, uninformed regarding no customers allowed inside, and a tasteless and greasy calzone which also was not crispy and the dough so thin I couldn't pick it up. I could not eat it and tossed it when I couldn't get myself to take a fourth bite. The marinara was far too sweet for my tastes and didn't speak any Italian.
And then there's the prices. $11 + for a calzone is acceptable in my opinion but usually it will feed 2 people. Not this one. It was not a generous portion.
The decor from my vantage point was modern and up to date with warm lighting that made it feel inviting. It seemed clean and shiny.
The two employees on duty seemed sort of confused on how to handle the madness, as 3 parties were waiting outside to pick up to go orders.
tldr: Food overpriced and inedible. Interior seemed cozy, clean and styled up to date. Staff not rude or unfriendly, but seemed rushed and sort of panicky and bumped into each several times. I...
