IG Pizza — Restaurant in Kansas City

Okay so If I could rate this place a zero I would. I placed an order online through THEIR WEBPAGE. So I went on my way to go pick up my order and then I get a call from the owner himself saying that he just got back in town and they don't have any of the food that I just ordered. Okay that's understandable especially a small owned business I was actually okay with that so then I asked about my order and he told me pretty much not only did he not know how to cancel my order but it wasn't his responsibility I needed to get a hold of menufy(that was the third party ordering service) to get refunded. Which by the way menufy was nothing but professional fast and efficient through the whole process. The first question they asked me was that I called the store and have them cancel it and I let them know that I talked to the owner and not only was he unprofessional and rude that I would like them to reach out to him to cancel it because I never wanted to talk to him again in my life. There was a good chance that the food was great the menu looked really nice but having to deal with someone who's saying that they don't know how to refund your money back that their company took doesn't sit right with me.
