Taco Bell — Restaurant in Kansas City

Came in hey we’re already backed up every customer before me had brought back all they food every order was messed up every body was upset they were missing items and then to top it off it was a young rude chick who took my order without even greeting me after she took my order which was $35 she looked at my money took it to the manager and he comes and says my $5 bills were fake woooow so i say what’s makes him think that he says well their heavy and he can’t see a water mark so tell please go get a money marker because these are real bills he says no and that he doesn’t have a marker mind u it’s 8 something my kids are hungry i has just got off work so i go ahead an still spend $20 on a grande taco meal sooooo it’s takes 20 minutes to get my meal mean while people are still bringing their orders back to the counter so i run t.i the cvs across the parking lot and have the security guard at cvs mark my bills i run back to taco bell and the chick looking clueless because i come back with exact same $5 bills marked and all he could say was sorry ! i would never spend another day dollar here stupid enough not to know real bills and not old enough to know old fives it’s was the most embrassing thing i’ve ever encountered with my kids present. the to top it off my tacos were made scandless because he thought i was spending fake money Ignorance will kill our people if we don’t educate ourselves it’s obvious these people didn’t graduate or just plan ignorant to the fact you can’t treat people like this just because u hate your job or your life. how the hell did me grabbing dinner for my family turn into a lesson of knowing when to react ! i could of went off and did he dam fool but i felt i was in better position then they were by showing and proving that black woman with kids are also honest people...... They didn't pay much attention to details of my order. I asked for nachos instead of cinnamon twist and he repeated it, but didn't add it to the screen. I was the only person in line, so I thought,"How could they forget, but they did. I got twists instead of nachos. Very Minor issue compared to the location on Independence Avenue across from the plasma donation center. I refuse to deal with their management& employees. The way they treat people when they call to tell them they messed up your order or forgot ANYTHING at all, they question you like they are, "The Feds", just to see if your answer circulates back to another, "Lie."🤥 Then after reminding them the customer is always right, they may agree to do a remake, but, check that before you walk away. No one hired as an employee practices, "being considerate", of the consumers! The "Manager", needs Supervision. The night manager, above all, will argue about whether you told them to add onion, Er'naw.., yet, is the one allowing the remake, in saying so, SHOULDN'T SHE BE THE ONE TO DO THE REMAKE?? FOR THE SAKE OF BETTER JUDGEMENT. SHE WOULD BE SUFFICIENT IN FOLLOWING HEALTH CODES& SETTING A BAR ON CONTROLLING A SITUATION/ COMPLAINT PERIOD!? This is Norlinda Jones I went to the taco bell on 5925 independence Ave Kansas City Missouri in between the hours of 11:45pm to 12:00am I ordered 9 taco supreme 2 Mexican pizzas 3 of the tacos were locos crispy chulupa a burrito supreme Large Sprite large mountain dew large Pepsi large Baja blast and 8 packets of sauce 28.00 the blast was seltzer water the Sprite was ordered no ice was mostly ice and was flat mountain dew and Pepsi watered down taste like had been sitting in ice and melted pizzas tasted old and was ordered with out beans extra beef full of refried beans and very little beef supposed to had 3 locos taco had two and one taco supreme supposed to had hard taco missing lettuce and the rest of the tacos were funny tasting so I threw the whole thing in the trash I have never I repeat never had a horrible experience at taco Bell like the night shift at that one store I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt by giving them another chance this the second bad experience I will not be going back to any of your franchise and I liked your food but I will be telling my family and friends so the won't have to endure the same experience I hope corporate office is reading this my be they will check and see what is going on with...
