I love the food, but the customer service is horrible. I live nearby, so when I decide to treat myself to fried chicken Id expect good service @ least once- not likely. They should implement an order taking procedure of repeating orders back to customers n suggesting a gsauce purchase for those that don't know its NOT included. The final horrible experience that spawned this review was from a visit 11.30.11 @ 9:56pm Drive-thru O-ID 004 receipt# 0276 -ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING TO ENSURE IT'S ALL THERE! Our gsauce was forgotten, we ordered it, but weren't charged for it. This wouldn't have been a big deal if we didn't have to wait to order because the cashier wasnt at the window and the other workers were sitting in the dining area. She was obviously too concerned with doing whatever else instead of the drive thru that our order was incomplete. I called to speak with them and was given the person on drive thru. She suggested I check my food before leaving and I suggested they repeat orders back. Read moreWe were in the drive thru for a very long time. First we were in the drive thru for 10 minutes BEFORE pulling up to place the order. When we pulled up to place the order, we were asked to wait. Sat there for 10 minutes and no one came back to the intercom to take our order. 5 minutes later we drove to the window to place the orders (we had 2 separate orders). The young man apologized for not taking our order at the speaker. We placed our orders. When he took our credit card for payment, he had a problem with the register. He had to call his supervisor who could not figure it out. She said they had a new register and apologize for the delay. I suggested to her that we should get something for the wait and inconvenience. She offered me a Sprite. They called another lady who could not figure it out either and they wound up calling the manager who was punching buttons with no results. They decided to charge our food on another register which worked. We spent about what seemed like 30 minutes to get our food paid. When we got home, the wings were not as good as they were in the past. Knowing the lobby was closed i called the store and asked if it would be ok if i came thru the drive thru with 9 orders although i was paying for all. The manager on duty says yes. We drive down and repeat that we have 9 orders, immediately the employee taking are order is short and filled with negative attitude. Never ask if we wanted a drink, what sides. But we get to the window and the? Manager on duty the night of 4/7/19 at 1030 pm. She is visibly angry, but i ask if she can add a drink to every meal, she gets even angrier. I ask for each meal to be put into its own bag so everyone can hold their own. She says no i labeled every box, so i ask for extra bags, she begins to slam our meals into their own bags and under her voice says to another employee "what's so hard about handing out boxes" we were prepared to bag our own food but after paying $100 for our stuff we had enough and wanted to complain as paying customers, to which she responded by calling security on us.
