Wendy's — Restaurant in Kansas City

they need to close this location since the people there do not want to work my order came to $16.xx something dollars. I get no receipt. Why? because they dont want you to fill out a survey to report them. I specifically asked for #1 combo single burger no cheese lettuce tomatoe and onions and no sauce. i end up with somebody elses chicken nuggets with a double. i live an 1 hr away was only up near this location for job interview. the way the 2 ladies were huddled at the window i should of known they was up to no good. i am throwing the burger away why not just cuz its not what i ordered but the people that work here look like the type of people that dont wash there hands frequently touching peoples food or dropping your food on floor then still putting food in ur bag. the clever thing not to give me receipt. another time i was up here they turn the outside lights out even menu sign at drive thru hoping people will not show up. its poorly ran. i wouldnt trust anything that comes out of here. last time for me i wont be back! extremely...

We went to this Wendy's after a flight from MCI. The first thing we did was go to the restroom and it was filthy. The sign and the restroom says please let a team member know if the restroom needs attention. When I walked out to find a person to tell, the only people available were teenagers who obviously didn't care that the bathroom needed work. When we went to place our order we noticed that there were a bunch of teenagers in the work area who obviously were not employees and everybody was standing around chatting. There did not appear that a manager was available. When I went to the soda machine it was also filthy. Obviously it had not been cleaned in several days at least. We took our food to go and then we discovered the hamburger I ordered had nothing on it. I didn't order it that way. They were also out of lettuce and jalapenos. How does a burger restaurant run out of lettuce? The dining room was also in shambles. Unclean tables, trash on the floor, and chairs...

This Wendy's just sits all by itself on a hill overlooking the interstate. It's kind of an oddity because no other restaurants are around. It is the closest to the airport though and it makes me wonder why there aren't more restaurants closer. Then again, if they'd be as busy as this one, there's no point. Lol

Food was good except for the Coke. It was watered down, mixed with Diet, something odd, but it wasn't Coke. They were fast and prompt. They didn't have the Biggie Bag displayed on the menu but could still do it. The new promo by a Dave's Single at $6 and get another for 1$. First, that's way too much food. 2nd, the promo still puts you out $7 before you even get to sides and a drink. Please keep the Biggie Bag.
