Came in yesterday around 6:15 ordered a meal for me and my fiancĆ©. I made specific requests for my meal. I wanted all flats, crispy . I got a 10 piece combo 5 lemon pepper and 5 garlic parm. Got home and I realized some idiot decided to put my plate upside down in the bag, the garlic sauce was everywhere. The lemon pepper wings had no seasoning, also werenāt all flats like I asked. My fiancĆ© asked for half of her sandwich to be plain because I donāt like much condiments on my sandwiches, it still wasnāt made correctly. Neither one of us ate our meals. I spent $50 for food i just tossed in the trash. I even took photos of the bullcrap. Tried calling once we made it home and then realized the phone # listed on Google goes straight to a personal voicemail. I also called twice today. Once I found the menu I say that the number on there was different so I called to speak to the manager. He gets on the phone, I tell him what happens & he responds with ābring the food back, plus your receiptā sir itās in the trash. Iām not digging in the trash. āOh well, thatās all we can doā āand we have to find who made the order because we take from their check for mess upsā excuse me? I understand people make mistakes, they were busy at 6:20, but to take money from their checks is wild. I just wanted my food remade so I could have at least enjoyed it. So for that Iām leaving this review and now you guys just lost a customer. I work in customer service and I will never take from my employees, much less not remake a customers meal that was made...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreNot ever going again. Ordered cheese whiz, no mushrooms, no mayo, and the whiz is supposedly "underneath the cheese b/c it would look weird if I put it on top" says who? I went back to have them fix it and they said it was correct, I inspect even more and yes, it does in fact have little to no whiz on it, mayo all over and mushrooms! I called as I'm not going back a 3rd time. They act like I'm lying saying bring the recent and the sandwich because "they gotta make sure this " [was what I'm saying.] With all the hidden undertones of you're a potential liar, and we gotta make sure. I did that the first go back! Then, getting off, I got a half-hearted apology with little to no resemblance of we messed up and are really understanding. I told them if this were an allergy situation, yall would be in some trouble. They gave no response, pretended not to hear me and said okay I guess. Never again will I go to such a rude place!! $16+ meal, and this place has the worst service. See pics since they think I'm lying, epecially with all the mushrooms and mayo that supposedly...

When she looked at the order she noticed the app changed the time to 11:15 and attempted to change it but couldn't. She called them and they said they were too busy change it and to call back. She called multiple times, left 2 voicemails and attempted to text them. One voicemail on Sat and one on Sunday. Upon arriving to pick up our order, we discovered that the order had been canceled somehow and we needed to reorder causing the food to be about 30 minutes late for the meeting.
On the positive side: the food was delicious.
This is a fairly new store, so I am sure they are still working out the kinks, but to answer and say they are too busy and to not have a way of contacting them when there is an issue - that needs to be resolved.
