Around 10:00 pm, while placing my order, the cashier requested exact change (78¢), which caused a minor inconvenience as I had to retrieve it from my front seat while trying to enjoy my backseat for once. Unfortunately, this resulted in spilling my ashtray in the car.
Upon receiving my order, I discovered there was no BBQ sauce included as requested. After returning for the sauce, I opened my burger to find unmelted cheese slices, something I've never experienced with this menu item at other locations.
Disappointed, I requested a manager, hoping for a resolution. The manager, whose name I believe was Luis C., examined the burger but seemed unconcerned and stated this was how it normally came. I explained that this wasn't the standard preparation for the burger.
While the manager offered to remake the burger, their overall attitude, including speaking to staff in another language about the remake, made me feel uncomfortable.
Additionally, the locked lobby prevented me from observing the preparation process. Given these factors, I opted for a refund, which was surprisingly denied.
The remade order arrived with inconsistencies: the fries were discolored and unevenly cooked, further diminishing my confidence in the quality.
Unfortunately, this experience fell short of my expectations. I hope this review encourages the restaurant to improve customer service and ensure food preparation meets established standards. Should’ve gotten a picture of that burger for sure...

Classic, shake machines are ALWAYS 'down' during late night service or in the hour or two leading up to closing time. Truth be known they cleaned the machine ahead of time so they don't have to mess with serving shakes and then cleaning machine before going home but I don't believe that's their decision to do so and if it's the manager's decision to do so then shame on the manager! Customers should be able to purchase all menu items up to 20 min or so before close. So we said "Okay, then we'll have an order of loaded fries."..."We don't have any loaded fries either." "How about bacon cheddar fries?" Ultimately, I ordered a piece of chocolate cake in lieu of my shake and my friend ordered two tacos and the bacon cheddar fries. However, when we finally got through the incredibly long slow line to the window we were informed that they didn't have Bacon Cheddar Fries either...no cheese sauce! I'm patient, compassionate, understanding...i get it, sometimes restaurants run out of food items.. But in this case?!...I've lost my patience! Get it...
Read moreThe absolute worst JACK IN THE BOX EVER. Catalina ( manager for the day shift today 7/26/23) extremely rude. They gave me ICE COLD MINI PANCAKES THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU. I went back to the drive thru and informed them that they were cold she felt them and said no they not. I said ma’am this is not an argument I do not want them they are cold, she then proceed to shut the window in my face and rolled her eyes. I then proceeded to go inside and wait for my refund she threw the money on the floor in the inside and ran to her office. The young Larry from the drive thru window pick up the money and handed to me and apologized. I’m in complete shock that this person can be a manager. I asked for someone above her name and contact number & no one knew the information. I am making a report on this establishment to the the Texas Department of State Health Services for serving half frozen mini pancakes. Then I will proceed to file a complaint about the manager to jack in the box corporation. This location is horrible. WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK & THIS IS NOT MY FIRST INCIDENT.
