I've been coming here periodically for almost 3-4 years and took a break after moving homes. I recently moved back and went to get a haircut, but I was not pleased with the results. The store is usually hit or miss, but most of the time, I was fairly happy. The recent haircut I got, however, was definitely not up to par with past haircuts I've gotten from this same location, and I felt I needed to voice my opinion. I asked for a mid taper and to thin and trim the top. What I got was an uneven lineup and a patchy taper with what seams to be a side part on top. I had no problems with the hairstylist character, but coming home and closely looking at my hair, I started to notice all the flaws. Although I should’ve voiced my opinion before leaving the store so it could maybe be fixed, ultimately I felt that too much hair was taken off to achieve the specific look I was going for.
EDIT: After being reached out to through email, the Sports Clips team helped me find another stylist with whom I was really satisfied. I came in for another haircut and was welcomed by Paige. She was very understanding, and I felt I could tell her exactly what I wanted and discuss the issues I have with my hair in general. I appreciated how she took her time to make sure my hair was done right. At the end, she gave me suggestions for styling my hair. All in all, the experience I've gained from coming back to this location was great, both in how quickly the team reached out to me and the great experience...
Read moreThis place is a joke! I asked for simple low fade and even showed a picture to the guy to make sure he understood the haircut. He said yes! I know how to cut that. I would think any barber or stylist who went to a profesional hair or barber school knows the meaning of a low fade. After my haircut, I end up with a high fade. To top it off, it wasn't faded or blended correctly. He just simple used the clipper and shave it off really high without blending. Now I look like I just I got haircut from a blind person! This is second bad haircut from sportclips. One would think paying $19.99 would get a descent haircut but no, it's worst than going to those $3.99 haircuts! Even those places knows the meaning of low versus high fade and most of those people that work there don't even speak great English. Come on sport clips. What's your excuse!!! The employees here are also unprofessional, they make jokes and make fun of customers. Even my wife who was waiting for me, Heard the employees making jokes about customers. Be warn, not unless you want a clipper bowl cut shave or make fun of, ...
Read moreMy husband came for a cut and got Megan as his stylist. He came home with a terrible haircut that had to be fixed. He didn’t want to make Megan feel bad about the terrible cut and just left without saying anything. Today he took my son for a cut and he unfortunately got Megan. My husband was hoping his bad experience with Megan was a fluke but when my son was done my husband told her it wasn’t blended at all and sent him back to get it fixed. Finally he realized she was not going to be able to fix it and just left. My son already dreads hair cuts and this experience has made it so much worse as we will HAVE to take him somewhere to have it fixed and pay for another cut. I am leaving this review in hopes that management will get this stylist help to improve her skills. We will not...
