I’ve always been a huge supporter of shake shack as they are my favorite fast food burger chain however the visit I had today was very off . For some reason this location notoriously always gets the order wrong . I don’t blame the cashier or the people in the front it’s the cooks in the backs that clearly don’t care for the special request . This is evident as I see a lot of other reviewers having the same problem . I use to get the basic shackbureger and they would almost always forget my veggies and it would be so frustrating especially when it specifically says it comes with it . I come home that day had ordered the black truffle fries and requested no Parmesan . I hear the lady in the front telling the workers in the back that “insert my name “ wants no Parmesan on the fries. Oddly in the front you can’t hear any music only in the kitchen there’s music , and besides the lady letting them know my special request you can hear the other workers speaking loudly clearly non work related . I sat down and had my number turned around to where a worker couldn’t see it . She comes up to me and ask me what number I am , and I let her know she puts down the food I say thank you , and she responds with the coldest thank you , no eye contact nothing like she just hates her job or something . It’s really sad that young adults don’t care for customer service now a days , and it really shows with how this location is , the workers here are almost never polite besides the older lady in the front today . I come home and my fries are super cold and have Parmesan on them and the meat from the burger had a smell as if the meat wasn’t fresh . I called to let the manager know that they had messed up my order and she states the only way I could get a refund if I come back . The thing is I live far so it’s very out of my way . She was not accommodating at all and clearly didn’t have interest in alleviating the situation , I took of picture of the fries and offered to even show her through email that they put cheese on it , but she insist I must come in. I paid in total 22 bucks for the wrong order and service with a attitude . I really don’t care to much about a refund but it’s the principle shake shack . They should send a manager across the free way to chik fil a for research. I was already headed into the left lane as that was the most empty lane. I guess that's not where the thin blue line member wanted our vehicle and he started waving. I was already pulling into the left lane, and I wasn't backing out to wait in the longer line. The car behind us went into the left lane without all his dramatics and placed her order right after us. I didn't cut anyone off or anything either.
Of course he couldn't swallow his thin blue line pride so he came up and knocked on the passenger window after a minute of us waiting for the person in front of us. That's where my wife was sitting and I wasn't going to let him talk over her and attempt to intimidate her. I offered to speak with him at my window as his little bit of power doesn't intimidate me but he declined and realized he was powerless in the situation. The order was missing cheese fries and I waved the worker over and he went to go check. The Karen behind me went ballistic because I was waiting for food that was missing. The worker began to ask me to move up before he realized there were cones up preventing me from parking ahead. It shouldn't take that long for an order of cheese fries? It didn't either so it wouldn't have made sense to pull forward for something coming out that quick.

Read moreExperience was bad went here on Sunday and as of Friday still have not heard from the general manager James spoke to manager on call and he was very sweet name was Torrick spoke to him On two days. We were there for my son‘s birthday The greeter name was Asher. She took our order and was very patient. Our food came. The fries were cold. I brought them back to her. She said she would get us some hot fries. Five minutes passed & she forgot went back up told her about it. She apologized immediately and went back and fixed hot fresh fries. They were good. My son and I had the burger both of our breads at the bottom were wet. My daughter had the chicken sandwich, we all ate fries. The restrooms were unkept the people working in the back were laughing and horsing around. Also, the tables were dirty we had to get napkins to wipe the tables down and I saw three other guests do the same, on our way home from the restaurant my son and I stomach started aching really bad by the time I made it home I barely made it to the restroom , I threw up everything and since then we have been sick diarrhea & all and it’s Friday. I called the restaurant again to see if the manager gave the GM my information he said yes I still have not heard from him and this happened on Sunday night at around 8 PM , Beware of this establishment, I never get sick off of food. The manager did tell me that they are supposed to change out their cooking utensils every four hours. He also gave me tips on what we could eat to help us with ailments we were experiencing. He also told me ma’me you know it’s kinda hard to prove food poisoning & I told him yes but as soon as we left we got sick. Please just be safe everyone. Other agencies will be notified.
