The staffs were decent, since they just soft opening, so a lot of room to improve. They were definitely not rude, just not as nice and professional enough.

The concept of combining the Claws machines with a tea shop were unique, but the styles of decorations is crashing one another, so i was not enjoying the interiors designs since they cannot be unified. The tea area were chill and traditional Chinese deco, but the claws machines area were very neon, and colorful. I think it’s ideal for family with kids or young teenagers.

It will take longer to retrieve your order if you order waffles, since they waited for everything to be done to hand it to you.

I came to try since they have the 50% off promotion.

We ordered 12 drinks, mostly matcha latte with matcha jelly. their matcha were okay 6/10, they were pretty, the green look promising, but it were not flavorful at all, mostly bitterness after taste. The matcha were very powdery and the powder will settle down very he bottom of the drinks in about 5-7 mins

Their drinks were overall not too sweet. They do fill up the cup even when ordered no ice.

The sesame with coconut milk & sesame jelly were the highlight of our drinks. One drawback that this drink cannot be adjusted the sugar levels, so it was very sweet for my liking, but the sesame were good

The waffles were too dense and dry for us, they feel like cookies after cool down. I don’t recommend the waffles.

Their Jelly were smooth and good as toppings. I will be back to try all the jelly toppings.

I visited this location on a Friday afternoon when it was relatively quiet. I ordered two drinks — the House Blend Milk Tea with Sesame Jelly and the House Blend Milk Tea with Thai Tea Jelly. The staff member who took my order was polite and confirmed the details to ensure accuracy. My order took about eight minutes to prepare.

When I received my drinks, I noticed that neither appeared to contain the jelly I had ordered. I asked the staff handing out the drinks to confirm, and they assured me that the jelly was present and “just looked like ice.” However, after trying the drinks at home, I realized that there was indeed no jelly included. Unfortunately, by that time, I was unable to return to address the issue.

I understand that the store is in its soft opening phase, but fulfilling orders accurately is a fundamental part of good service. If you don’t mind the risk of an incorrect order and a rather average flavor experience, this may be worth a try — otherwise, there are several other options nearby.

Environment: The space is large and clean, with one half set up for seating and the other half featuring claw machines.

Service: The staff member who took my order was courteous and professional. However, the team handling the drinks could use additional training to ensure order accuracy and better communication with customers.

Overall Experience: The drinks were underwhelming. The milk tea was overly milky, lacking a distinct tea flavor. I was especially disappointed not to receive the jellies I ordered, as that was the main reason I wanted to try...

Drinks were good at 50% sweetness, but the staff and service were a bit off. We walked in not realizing it was their grand opening. I only noticed because people were walking out with totes. There were no clear signs or visible promotions explaining what was going on or any welcoming when we were ordering.

Our group of four adults ordered four promo drinks to get the free pearl milk tea each. We weren’t aware that the prize drawings were based on each receipt. If that was the case, we would’ve ordered 4x separately for a better chance to win. The cashier didn’t bother to mention it or offer any helpful info like “hey, if you order separately, you could win XYZ.”

When I asked if we qualified for the “first 100 customers” free tote bags, the cashier was vague and said, “I don’t know, maybe,” even though our order number was in the 40s which should’ve counted, right? Overall, the service felt unorganized.

There’s plenty of seating, but the space feels cramped when the line gets long, especially with people crowding near the claw machines. A few machines were already “out of order” and this was on...
