Pizza Fino — Restaurant in Katy

This is my first time ordering from Pizza Fino. I ordered our pizza before lunch time today for a 5pm delivery. Pizza arrived at 5:20 - I received the wrong order. Called restaurant and they told me it was due to their ordering app (slice) and that I would have to call them to fix. I insisted this was their responsibility to fix, not mine as the customer. Manager agrees to redo this order "this one time". Approximate estimate was 1 hour delivery and we received it 1 hour and 40 minutes later. Pizza arrived cold and had zero flavor. We ordered the chicken alfredo pizza, cheese & Pepperoni pizza. If you closed your eyes, you could not tell the difference between the cheese pizza and chicken alfredo pizza. Pepperoni was a little better due to the flavor of the pepperoni. Crust was bland and flavorless. All in all, I paid almost $60 for 3 pizzas that were supposed to be "gourmet pizza". With their wrong order delivered, I now have 6 large pizzas that no one wants to eat because there is no flavor. I have a ton of pizza and yet still hungry people. Though I appreciate them finally doing what is right and redoing the order (though they tried to avoid doing so at first), I am disappointed in the flavor and quality...

I just ordered from here. After living in Katy for over 15 years. Moving and then came back. I've never tried Pizza Fino. Normally I'd order from Pizza Hut. But I wanted to try something new. The pizza came hot a placed beautifully in the box. I almost didn't want to eat it lol. I ordered the extra hot buffalo wings and I wasn't expecting that much heat. But HONNEYYY lol they pack a PUNCH!! However they're very delicious. Even my 8 year old loves them. The delivery driver was super sweet. I'll definitely be ordering here again. Thank you!

*Update: 02/11/23 : Okay, I hate to give this update. But my order today was gross. Pizza lukewarm at best. Just warmed up not fresh. Crust bland. Old wings. The wings actually started flaking they're so old. This why it helps to look at the food before you eat. It's not crunchy either. It's more of a flake which is gross. Like shedding. I tipped $20 because I'm not cheap. And everyone works hard for their money. This was not it. All the pizza restaurants in Katy are pretty bad. Not...

Do not order here have been a customer for years and lately the last couple times I ordered the food was cold soggy and missing parts of the bread on the sandwich ....second time it happened as well as the order being extremely later than the time given .....don't know what is happening with pizza fino they use to be Great but I'm very disappointed in the quality of their food and sad to say they just lost my business ...owner refuses to replace the food that was extremely cold I already paid for only wanted to offer a 5.00 credit for over a 20.00 order is unacceptable and I was forced to eat cold soggy food yet I paid in advance for hot food not cold ...this place has lots of issues now not sure why but it's sad it's gone downhill ....do not order or you'll regret it cannot get a refund or acceptable food .....if you order it's a total waste and owner simply says your complaining but food is cold ......who serves cold food and doesn't replace it .......bad business loses...
