If is were possible to give a negative 5 review, I would do so. My friend had ordered a chicken and green pepper pizza today only to have delivered pepperoni and green pepper pizza. By the time we realized we had the wrong pizza the delivery man was gone. She proceeded to call the store to let them know that the pizza was incorrect (our wing order was incorrect as well). As the situation was explained to the manager (Ethan) proceeded to tell us what we ordered and that it was correct. We do not eat pork so we would have never ordered a pizza with pork. Although, this was explained to Ethan he still insisted our order was correct. His response was beyond disrespectful to me as an individual who doesn't eat pork because it is too hard on my stomach and to my friend who doesn't eat pork for religious reasons. Needless to say Ethan took no steps to try and recitify the problem nor at any point did he offer an apology on behalf of the error nor calling my friend a liar in regards to the order. Sadly, I recently moved to this area and this pizza location is also my areas pizza hut delivery location. I will never buy pizza from here. After reading the reviews, it appears many others have had a number of negative experiences. Needless to say, although this is my pizza hut location too, I'd rather give my hard earn money to any other pizza place than this unprofessional and...
Read moreI just ordered two medium pizzas from this location (chicken and bell pepper & hamburger and black olive) and an order of 12 bone-in naked buffalo style wings. My chicken and bell pepper pizza was delivered as a pepperoni and bell pepper pizza, and my bone-in naked wings were delivered as bone-in breaded “buffalo” style wings, (I put air quotes because it did not taste like buffalo sauce what’s so ever). I called the store to notify them of the error, and was passed through to a manager. A guy by the name of Ethan got on the line and asked what the problem was. After I explained the error, Ethan’s response was, “That’s impossible.” I waited for a solution-centered response, or at a minimum an apology for the error; I got neither. When he insisted to say, “That’s what you ordered.” I told him absolutely not as I do not eat pork. I asked him what can be done to resolve this matter. He said I don’t have any options other than to receive a $5 off coupon on a future order. I told him that will not suffice and I’d like to speak to his boss. He said, “I am the boss.” I asked for the corporate number, he said you’ll need to google it. I can’t believe how incredibly rude and unprofessional Ethan’s responses were, very poor customer service especially at the hands of...
Read moreThis place is located in the Kroger strip mall at the NE corner of Mason and Westheimer. Not sure why it maps out differently on GoogleMaps. It is a carry out/delivery only since there's no tables unless you want to eat off the checkout counter. This was the nearest PH near our house out in the 'burb so convenience was a plus ... however ... the quality of the pizza leaves MUCH to be desired. It started with the Mia's when they were first offered whereas most of the toppings and sauce were "MIA" that the crusts were close to being 4". If it wasn't for the box, I would have thought these came from Cici's. When PH started their $10 pizza campaign, we tried out the large pan's and the hand toss's and they were eerily reminiscent of the previous Mia's, light on toppings and sauce, argghhh. Gave them another chance when the recent pricier 10+2 menus and ... nada improvements.
Definitely the worst PH out of the dozens of PH's I've been to. We would now have to forage for pizzas at the numerous other pizzaria's in the area when...
