Subway — Restaurant in Texas

My wife ordered the turkey bacon guacamole wrap off the menu and requested no guacamole. The manager said she would have to pay an EXTRA 75 cents for the bacon on top of the $6.99. So she said no and they made the sandwich with just turkey and veggies. The cashier then charged her $6.99 for that sandwich...a turkey bacon guacamole sandwich but with no bacon or guac. After trying to explain to the manager on duty, my wife finally told him to give her the bacon and guac in another bag and paid the $6.99. The manager never did understand the situation. When we asked for the owner's info he was not sure who that was. Not going back to that...

This staff at this location are very unprofessional. I ordered a meatball sub online for pickup and had my husband to go pick it up for me. He gets there about 45 min later, and they tell him they are out of meatballs. That’s not their fault, but what is their fault is failure to call me .
