For many years I have enjoyed coming to this location. The food is the most consistent at this particular one in this chain. I love Peruvian food and really enjoy the rotisserie chicken here. The fried plantain is one of my favorite dishes here also. The only disappointment is that the price jump from $ 10.99 to $12.99 with less chicken in Katy but two dollars more from Pollo Bravo, at 6015 Hillcroft St #2800, Houston, TX 77081. The thing is Hillcroft often items on the menu are unavailable. If you have two dollars more you want to pay with less meat plus drive 2 miles more to come her; I will like to see you. Unfortunately, I love good food , good service and reasonable price I can’t find those this in Katy at the time of visiting yesterday night. While there are better Peruvian restaurants in Houston, this is a good, affordable place to enjoy great flavors...
Read moreThis location is around the corner from my job, so I decided to check it out for lunch. I love me some hot, fresh, and flavorful Rotisserie Chicken. This wasn't it. It didn't taste like Rotisserie either. There was no flavor. It tasted oven baked and broiled. The rice was dry with no veggies in it. I counted about 5 or 6 peas and 2 carrots. The Cassava should have been cooked longer. I definitely didn't enjoy this lunch. I ate enough to fulfill my hunger and that's it. This was my first...

I am in your restaurant for the first time. I came up to the counter and waited to order 4-5 minutes and no one greeted me.
The only girl working as a server was at the service station around the corner the whole time I dined and I almost walked out the door.
There is no bell or chime when somebody enters the door and she spends all her time back there so she has no idea when somebody walks in. Often somebody walked in and I didn't even know that they were there. You either need to get a bell or tell her she needs to do her work that she's doing at the station at the counter so she can see people come in.
The chicken breast was dry and the wings were inedible. The...
