Wish I had read reviews before I went. I experienced the same treatment as Faith Dance review. I ordered online as well. I waited in a parking spot with full view of the to-go online order slots. Four cars were in the drive thru when I parked...they received their orders and a new line of 4 cars had arrived. I saw the clerks look out at me in the parking lot. On the 8th car I went in the store. I say "I ordered ahead but I guess you won't start until I walk in?" The female clerk says "What's your name?" I tell her and she walks away. I'm assuming she didn't start the drink until she realized I was waiting for it. She brings the smoothie and throws the straw down while turning away saying 'have a great day'. I say, "You DO realize this is on y'all? There is no need to be rude with me." She says," I'm not being rude. Have a great day." Very short, very condescending, and no apologies for the wait. Actions speak louder than words. There are literally several other locations in the area...service makes a difference.
Management: At the very least, make sure your clerks prepare orders in the order in which they were received or do not offer online ordering. If someone is ordering ahead they're doing it for the convenience of not waiting. If drive-thru is faster online ordering...
Read moreI paid with apple pay and handed the cashier my phone thinking nothing of it. I said I didnt want my receipt but got a notification from my bank showing me the amount charged and I noticed it was different than the total he gave me. When I asked about it they handed me the receipt which said I tipped. I said I didnt tip and i didnt even have access to the tap machine for my card for an option to tip as I had handed it over. I asked for a refund on the tip and they said they could only give me cash. When I asked for the manager it was the guy who I had handed my phone to who when asked, said he didn’t add a tip when he did the transaction. How else does a tip end up on there? We all know how those machine tip options work. It does NOT just randomly and accidentally add a tip. If that was my business I would not want someone who adds a tip for themselves with someone elses money. Let alone want them to be the manager. When I said I had apple pay I didn’t think anything of the fact that he took my phone rather than handing me the machine for me to do the transaction myself. Read moreThe place is open during normal business hours. There is a sign saying on the locked front door stating to knock or call. I followed directions and knocked and a woman came out. She pointed at the drive-through area I suspose she wanted me to go that way. I am not certain as they appear to be open for business. I pointed at the sign and knocked again. She then threw her hands up and walked away. Very unprofessional Smoothie King. I have come to this location multiple times before. The past few times I have stopped havent been very pleasant from a customer service point of view but I have let it slide. After this incident I am done and I feel as though I must say sonething. I will probably come back however it will be awhile as I feel this location has quickly gone downhill. Just my opinion take it...
