Dick's Drive-In — Restaurant in Kaukauna

Solid little burgers, fries, and ice cream shop. There is no indoor seating but there are several picnic tables out back. Guests order inside, pick up their food, and carry it out. Credit cards are accepted.

Prices and quality were about what I'd expect for a place like this. My bacon double cheeseburger and fries were tasty. Portion size on the fries seemed slightly light for medium. I also had a medium chocolate shake and this was larger than I expected... So I suppose it all evens out =)

If it's a beautiful day and you feel like stopping for a classic burger, fries, and a shake/soft serve ice cream you probably won't be disappointed by...

We've been coming here for a while now and always liked it, but something has changed with food quality lately. The last 3 times I've gone in I order my usual. The fries have been rock hard, even if you request to have them made fresh. Not only that but if it's cold out, you'll freeze just standing waiting for your food and wait times are getting worse. It wouldnt kill them to get some heat in there, especially considering the amount of people that pack into that tiny spot. Seal it off and provide some heat. Last night was the last straw. My entire family got food poisoning after eating there last night. Were all sick today....

A group of 4 of us came in and we're waiting behind the person currently ordering. As the person finished their order, someone else came in, cut in front of us and began ordering their food. Two of our group called them out for being rude, but the customer turned their back on us and the cashier ignored us. The customer finished and payed and when we got to the counter we again called the two of them out for being rude when we were clearly next in line. The cashier just shrugged. It was obvious they knew each other and didn't care at all. We ended up leaving without...
