Can I add 6 stars?? I recently had the pleasure of visiting Plunj in Kaysville, and I have to say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The space was incredibly clean and well-maintained, which immediately put us at ease. Matt B. was our host, and he was both professional and enthusiastic about the entire process. He made sure we felt comfortable and informed every step of the way.

One of the standout features of Plunj was how thoughtful the staff was. They truly considered every detail to enhance the experience. As someone with poor circulation in my hands and feet, getting into the cold Plunj can sometimes be uncomfortable and painful. However, I was so grateful for the neoprene socks they provided. These made a world of difference and allowed me to enjoy the cold plunge without discomfort!

After our session, my husband and I were so impressed that we immediately booked our next appointment. Having been to a few other cold contrast therapy companies around the Wasatch Front, I can confidently say that Plunj puts them all to rest. No one does it better! Our experience at PLUNJ was nothing short of amazing, but the real MVP of our visit was Taylor.

From the moment we walked in, Taylor made us feel comfortable, excited, and fully prepared for the plunge experience. She explained everything clearly and confidently, making sure we understood the process without ever being pushy. She was kind, personable, and so much fun to interact with—exactly the kind of person you want guiding you through something as refreshing and challenging as cold plunging.

Because of Taylor’s energy, knowledge, and overall approach, she didn’t just introduce us to the experience—she completely sold us on it. We will sign up for three unlimited memberships (even though I can’t start mine until next month), and it’s 100% because of her. She deserves a commission, a raise, a promotion—heck, give her a whole studio! She’s the reason this place thrives.

PLUNJ itself is amazing—the concept is refreshing, fun, and pushes you in the best way—but it’s the people like Taylor who make it next-level. Can’t wait to come...

We had a great time at Plunj! Matt was our attendant and he was so helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He came in the sauna to put water on the rocks, and took the time to talk to us rather than just in and out. The sauna is very nice and gets plenty hot, the plunge tub is definitely cold enough! It makes it so fun that you can plunge with your friends all at the same time. Tastefully decorated, nice music, nice facility. I came with my dad and my friend, and we will all be back. It's really helpful to my dad who is 70 years old, just lost over a hundred pounds, and is now trying to find new ways to improve his life and health. Thank you guys for providing such a...
