CaptaVape — Local services in Kaysville

I live in Salt Lake and have been to all the fancy/expensive vape shops down in the big city, but these guys surpass any other place I've been to by far! I dropped my mod last night and the glass tank partially shattered, but was still connected to the mod around the base. I brought it into Captavape and the guy working (can't remember his name, but he had strawberry blonde hair, a beard and glasses) was SUPER helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Within 5 minutes he had my mod taken apart, cleaned, parts replaced, and re-assembled. I'd also like to mention that no other vape shop I've ever been to has bothered to clean my mod, and very thoroughly too: he used the same type of high-tech ultrasonic cleaner that they use in hospitals to clean surgical instruments. The price for all this was very reasonable - it was around $35 for two atomizers, new tank glass, and two 30mL bottles of juice. I wish I lived closer to this place - EXCELLENT vape shop and EXCELLENT customer service!...

This is my favorite vape shop in Utah or Idaho where I live right now. I go to the Kaysville captivate store monthly. I love the points I add up on my purchases, and the friendly staff is always kind, patient, and extremely helpful. Customer Service is second to none.

My favorite juice is the satisfying icy, and I’m really glad it’s so adorable for me. The sale price is two for Thirty so I’ll get 4-6 bottles per visit. It’s worth the drive, just over two hours for this outstanding service and delicious Vape flavors.

There are many of these modern day smoke shops in the area to peruse, for sure. This shop is kind of like a curated and well-edited version of that. If you're looking for a place with gobs of kitschy and overpriced smoking chotzkies, go elsewhere. I appreciate the fact that the store is not overstocked at this location. It makes shopping so much easier. The store is always clean and classy:) And even with a clever name! Shout out to Spencer and Tristan for serving up excellent customer service each time I visiut.
