Let me just say, I had a wonderful experience! I was experiencing pretty intense back pain, fatigue, and breathing difficulties from not having a supportive bra of the right size. I found this business through a website that provides resources for individuals who experience difficulty finding the correct bra size, as recommended by a creator on TikTok. I had already tried being fitted at a chain store, as well as measuring myself at home, with no luck!
The store itself is super cute, clean, and decorated with fun little "boob" themed items! This is a queer-friendly space as well! They also were comfortable with me bringing someone with me to the appointment.
My assigned fitter was Kayli, and she was AMAZING! She did a wonderful job normalizing the bra fitting process, explaining fabrics and sizing, and empowering me with useful facts and information. She was up front about consent at the beginning of the appointment, letting me know I could face whatever direction I felt comfortable. She continued to repeat options for my privacy throughout the appointment, and whenever she needed to touch my body she asked for permission and told me what she was going to do and where! Coming from a background where consent is not always honored or respected, this was really appreciated on my part. Kayli was also very mindful and inclusive when speaking about my body and the bodies of others. Again, I really appreciated this as there is often shame surrounding bodies and their sizes! Lastly, Kayli was a great listener! She grabbed styles and fabrics that I mentioned I liked or wanted to try, and also asked me about my activity level. If I didn't like the fit of something, she didn't try to pressure me to like it or change my mind. At the end of the appointment, she showed me how to wear the bra and adjust the fitting, and also gave me instructions for washing/drying.
I have been wearing the bras I was fitted with for about three weeks now, and I am so grateful because they fit PERFECTLY and my back pain has decreased...

I’d always heard and thought I knew what was meant by “the band should do the work” but I didn’t actually get it until Hannah positioned the band and had me try different styles and seeing where the band fits and how it lays. No exaggeration, this was a game changer for me. I settled on bra styles I’d have never sought out or tried on my own and I wish I had tried them years ago. I’d try maybe two or three bra styles at a department store but I’m pretty sure I tried around seven or eight styles here just to make sure I wasn’t missing out on one that fit what I wanted and needed. And it fits! I was so far off on my sizing before it’s not even funny.
I put my new fitted bra to the test at Lagoon on a hot day with roller coasters and all sorts of other crazy rides. The bra did exactly what I told Hannah I wanted. I didn’t want to feel like I was wearing a sweat collector that gave me a rash or have badly fitting cups I was falling out of all day and having to readjust every five minutes. It passed with flying colors. I forgot I was even wearing a bra for almost eight hours at the park!
I will admit was nervous because a lot of weight fluctuations due to surgeries, hormone issues, and a twin pregnancy have taken a toll on my body but their page isn’t lying: this is a very body positive space. Your body is your body and Bra Fittings by Court just want you comfortable in it. No false flattery to push product sales and no catty body comments. Just how do you want to feel and let them help you get exactly that. Not that Hannah was clinical or unfriendly! She was very fun and kind while still being professional.
Also, get a bottle of Soak for washing. It’s a rare find that does exactly what it says on the bottle: soak your bra, dry it without needing to rinse, and go. Washing bras is no longer...
Read moreI used to recommend Bra fittings by Court to everyone. As someone who has a hard time finding bras in my size, it was so nice to have somewhere local to be able to go to get a proper fitting bra. Unfortunately BFBC has changed a lot and it now feels like a money grab. When I first started shopping for bras here, it was promised and clearly advertised that you paid your fitting fee one time and then you had free fittings for life after that. Then suddenly last year, that changed. No warning. No explanation. They just changed their policy to charge $15 for every fitting. This felt like a bait and switch. What I had originally be promised no longer applied. There was no being grandfathered into their old policy. They claim it’s because they were losing money for people booking appointments and then not showing up or not purchasing. Why not charge a no-show fee? Or if you are going to charge a fitting fee, apply that fee to the purchase of a bra if the customer does purchase. It seems like there is a way to protect themselves while also honoring their prior promise of free subsequent fittings after you pay for your first one. It seems like this is just a way to fund their new space. My other issue is that twice now I have tried on bras that had tags from Nordstrom rack on them. One time Tamara awkwardly noticed as well and pulled the tag off clearly feeling awkward that I had seen it. It feels so slimy and dishonest to pick up bras at places like Nordstrom rack and then turn around and charge way more for them. I wish I could still recommend this business but I can’t. If you’re in Utah, go check out Lace by...
