Domino's — Restaurant in Kearney

Would give 0 stars if I could. GLOVES NEED TO BE WORN WHEN HANDLING READY TO EAT FOOD! Ordered online, headed to the store to pay and pickup, and while I was waiting to even be greeted, I watched the manager grab one of my COOKED pizzas with her BARE HANDS. When she finally makes her way to the counter to ring me up, she informs me they are out of one of the items I ordered (root beer), and they only had coke or Fanta. At this point I inform her there's another issue with my order because she had touched my food with her bare hands and without apologizing says "My hands are clean I washed them" and then I informed her that washing her hands didn't matter when she was handling ready to eat food and that she needed to wear gloves and continues to argue while stating that nobody at this store has their food handlers license so they don't know all the do's and don'ts of handling food. When I asked for corporate number the manager says she doesn't have it and I stated it should be in the office (as is the case with most corporate places) she goes to "look" and comes back saying they didn't have it and asked if I was gonna pay for any part of my order and I told her no. I called the store back shortly after, and the manager, before hanging up on me, finally gave up the General Managers number, who informed me that this is a franchise location, not corporate. Full of uneducated people handling your food. If you don't wanna deal with random people's germs and cross contamination don't order...

Was a big fan of this place, until tonight. After tonight, they’ll never get my business again and I would suggest you don’t patronize this business either.

Made the order, tipped, paid. Waited for the pizza to be delivered. Got a text that the driver was leaving. Got a text that the driver had delivered our pizza. Never received a pizza. Waited a bit and wife called the store. Phone rang and rang and rang and was never picked up. Wife drove to the store, still on hold. Wife goes in to the store, still on hold. One guy is sitting in the back listening to the phone ring.

His stoned ass asks my wife if she is there for a carry-out. She told him our pizza said it was delivered but we have no pizza. He asks her name and produces the pizzas. They’re luke warm. One of the pizzas was not made correctly.

We literally got texts saying our pizza was out for delivery. It never left the store. We literally got texts that our pizza was delivered. It never left the store.

I do not patronize liars. I understand being short staffed and getting hit with a rush as I worked in kitchens. Lying to your customers is insane.

They did nothing to make it right. We still paid a delivery fee for a pizza we had to pick up and they got tipped for it.

Congratulations, you just lost our business...

Here, Dominos goes again, dropping the ball. I waited 8 months to order here again, trying to give them a chance with different management. Our specialty pizza was made incorrectly, and we threw away money. The kids wanted Dominos, so i decided to give them another try tonight. I guess because they are cheaper pizzas, you get what you pay for, although pizza hut across the street is stepping up their game with competitive pricing and all around succeed! Tonight i odered for delivery estimated 30mins. I waited a HOUR and called the store. Waited 5mins for my call to be answered so i figured maybe they're busy or short staffed, gave them another pass, but then the kid that answered unprofessionally said they just but my pizza in the oven and it should be at my house in about 20mins. Ridiculous, i dont even wait at a sit-down restaurant this long, but a little pizza shop down the street is like yeah i don't feel like doing my job or giving excellent customer service. I no longer have any expectations for businesses since these days. it's just disappointing. Their tip was dwindling down. If you ate short on delivery drivers let the customer know! I could have came and picked up my pizza if it was going to be a hassle.i finally got my food TWO HOURS after ordering it....
