My friends and I had stopped in during the morning hours being one of few costumers there. We purchased 3 coffees, a smoothie, and a muffin. There was a large selection of choices and the food/drinks were good. However the costumer service was very poor. The man behind the counter was impatient taking our orders. Between all of us we spent about 32 dollars. We sat down for about three minutes quietly when the owner asked if two of our friends were going to purchase anything. Very passive aggressive comments were shot towards us from the owners. Without warning the female owner shouted at us telling us to leave. āIām not afraid to be the b*tch. If you arenāt buying anything leave.ā Then weāre told to go to their rival coffee shop, Paisley Perk. If had asked politely, we would have taken our 32 dollars worth of product and left, but we were barked at instead. We do not appreciate being yelled at by a grown women as teenagers trying to enjoy breakfast. This is not how your treat costumers, let alone people in general. We understand loitering is an issue in coffee shops, but we had made a purchase and weāre sitting for less than 5 minutes. We know that running a small business can be stressful, but thereās no need to take that out on...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreJust spent $16 on coffee went back in and asked for a simple cup of ice and was told I can't sell my cups they cost me .30 cents a piece why wouldn't you just give me a cup of ice I was a customer and just spent money with you. Zero stars.
Edit; you flat out refused me a cup of ice. You said, "I don't have cups for ice I can sell." Then went on a rant about how much they cost. I hope the .30 cents was worth loosing customers. I don't feel like having to deal with someone's rude attitude because they're offended I asked for a ice cup. You didn't even offer me one if I paid for it. Your customer service skills poor and so is your attitude. I didn't have to tip, but i did. So don't act like I was asking something of you for free. Hopefully people read your reply to this review and realize they should probably go somewhere else for coffee. Especially if they want good customer...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI come from a family of small business owners so I always look for small coffee shops and family owned businesses whenever we travel- having said that, this was the worst experience Iāve ever had at a coffee shop. As the customer who plans to spend money at your establishment, I donāt appreciate being scoffed at or shamed for asking if they use chocolate milk in their mochas. Also, when my husband went back in to order a smoothie for our daughter he tried to make small talk and asked what kind of machine they use and she took my coffee from him and told him sheād call the cops! WE HAD ALREADY PAID FOR IT and had come back to order more. The worst experience Iāve ever had from a small business and will never recommend this coffee place to anyone. Iām in complete shock they are still open. And the mocha wasnāt even that good. Should have just gone...
