Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Kearney

I ordered my Large meat lover’s with creamy garlic sauce. over the phone at 5:56. They said it would take 10 - 15 minutes and they would have it ready. I had to pick up a prescription so I got there about 18 minutes later. I was the only one there when I walked in. A girl was cleaning and not sure what the other guy was doing. She went over to check on my pizza that wasn’t done yet and was kind of mad at the other kid. Then was asking my name and saying the system was down but then she acted like she found it. I told her I ordered a large meat lovers with creamy garlic sauce over the phone. Then some guy came behind me, and he ordered a Papa’s Favorite. Then when they gave me my pizza, I had the creamy garlic sauce but it was a Papa’s favorite and I said this is not what I ordered. I ordered creamy garlic sauce, but this is not the toppings I ordered and they said, didn’t you order a Papa’s favorite and I said no I called or over the phone And ordered a meat lovers. So then they proceeded to make me another pizza. The girl behind the counter made the pizza very quickly so I thought wow that was pretty quick and I took the pizza and thanked her and told her yeah you put on the receipt papa’s favorite When I ordered meat lovers over the phone and then I took the pizza and walked out of the store. And then I turned around and walked back in the store. They gave me the meat lovers pizza, but it had red sauce I came in the store and told them this has red sauce, don’t this look like red sauce to you and two of them said yes and the girl that made the pizza she would not even look at the pizza. I just got frustrated and said forget it. I will take it and left. I don’t think I will ever be going back. It’s nice that the pizza’s a $12 on Tuesday and I would understand if they were busy or something but there was myself and one other guy in there at the time. I ordered online at 7:23pm and pickup was scheduled for 7:56. I got a call 3 mins later stating that they close at 7:30pm and that my order was ready for pickup. Everywhere online says that they close at 8pm. I questioned the guy about that and he said corporate doesn’t keep up with their local hours. I feel terrible about making them wait as I was a 20 min drive away. I show up at 7:42 and the lights are off but I notice the hours on the door…it says that they close at 9. I just grab the pizza and leave. I don’t like being lied to and I hope this problem will get fixed (looks like I’m not alone according to other reviews on here). Couple of things I want the owner to know. Don't send a automated text saying its $10 dollar Tuesdays when i come in and pay full price for the pizza. Kid working said they don't do that anymore. Really?? Then why false advertise. Second, supposed to be a rewards member and enter your phone number. Except the last 3 times--only because I've been keeping track now, won't let you enter it. Wow this place has really gone down hill. Hope your happy trying to save a buck since it will only hurt in the long run. Really wish I could give it zero stars. Not for the high school kids working, but the owner and management of this place. Lived in a few cities bigger than Kearney. This is the worst run...
