China Star — Restaurant in Kearny

I have ordered here twice. The first time was okay. The second a nightmare. I specifically ordered online. I asked for diet soda two times on the order. They brought no drink. When I called and asked the lady she said you didn't have a coupon. I'm like I spend 25. Each time. Last time I got a soda. The lady said I didn't have a coupon and hung up on me.... I call back and point out that it says twice on my email receipt diet coke. The same lady says okay okay I'll send. Low and behold the delivery guy shows up with my soda in a paper back. For me, the food from here is decent sometimes but everything else is. Today was my last oder, though. Placed it online with a promised pickup time of 730. Didn't get the food till almost 8 (waited there and watched as the staff fought and argued amongst themselves). Got home, ready to sit down with the fam and noticed part of the order was missing. Called them and asked that they bring it to me and they refused, saying I should go get it (they also refused to give me a refund). I felt they needed to make right what they got wrong twice.
