Dulce's Bakery — Restaurant in Kearny

Today was pretty much the last straw. If not everyday but every other day i come in for a grilled cheese with mozzarella cheese on a roll for my son before i drop him off at school. They got the grill cheese wrong they toasted it and put a cold piece of slice cheese on top and wrapped it up.

Lets begin with Jenny's attitude and the other light skin Spanish girl with black hair. I don't know how to articulate my self when it comes to speaking Spanish because English has been my first language since the past 30 years I have been living here. So, they seem to hold a grudge every time i come in speaking English. seems like they don't want to be there at all.

never have i disrespected any of them in any type of shape or form, in fact I am always cordial and respectful.

I am assuming Jenny's significant other comes in and also sits in the Cafe and just gives off nasty looks. I don't even know the guy. Just a whole weird experience over all, I really don't want to rant about my past experiences because its not the first.

Have a talk with your staff and have them understand that we are your customers and important to you and them.

I went to this bakery I was going to order chicken empanadas. I waited for my turn. Two other customers walked in after me. When the lady with the long brown or black hair was done with the customer before me SHE SKIPPED me. She immediately started to take the other customers orders who came in way after me. I said umm ...and she just ignored me and continued to take their orders. Highly unprofessional. And extremely rude. I ordered from here before. It seems all of them have a slight attitude as though they don't want to work there. After this experience I will be taking my business elsewhere. I've been coming here for 5+ year's, generally a good Portuguese bakery. Clean and good food. Only down fall at this location is that they seem to be understaffed for the volume and peope coming in. Sometimes I wait 15 minutes on line just to place my order. If your taking out I suggest to call in advance. Also, Shelia who works here always seems to have an attitude as if she doesn't get paid to work? Overall...
