Hi we got a response from the owner strange the owner doesn't identify himself so we don't know who the owner is, before I start refuting everything he was saying let me just get down to brass tax it's about the food The pizza is just disgusting. there's no heart and soul in the pizza the sauce is terrible the quality of the cheese is terrible The chicken fingers were the lowest quality chicken fingers mystery meat chicken. worse than chicken nuggets no lie. As far as what the owner is refuting about me arguing with my wife that is not true The baby was actually running around the table when we told her to sit down That's when we got loud because the baby was running around it was no argument between her and I she stepped out to smoke a cigarette and the baby followed her she just wants to be next to her That's when the owner came over t0 pop lol0 1o me. Or whoever he is The first waitress not only that there was a language back here but she was incompetent because she didn't write down anything.what we were ordering correct
without so we don't know the owner isPretty much the worst experience I've ever had in a pizzeria. The owners of this place they don't care The people that work here don't care. The staff at the hire is incompetent obviously because this is a redo of last year. I had said to myself you know everybody has a bad day maybe it's a new staff . And everybody deserves a second chance how can you scrub pizza right I mean it's only pizza last time was you I really want something different so in order to cheesesteak and I figured well we're in Jersey then as you cheesesteaks but what I got was cheesesteak with ground and tomato sauce made out of steakum which is reconstituted mysterious meat, so I told myself well we won't get be getting the cheesesteak here we'll just go with a slice of pizza That's their main focus anyway. I had ordered a slice of sausage it was gross The sausage look like it wasn't cooked it looked like the lowest quality sausage you could possibly have and I wasn't wrong it was disgusting this place I'm shocked The owners are involved with this place at all how could you serve food as disgusting as this. And the manager of the owner I don't know who he was had come over to me cuz he had heard me talking to the waitress because the first waitress was new and she didn't know what what to do cuz I kept asking her what we ordered can you read back what the order was they couldn't understand her. They kind of just threw this girl to the wall it's not her fault The train she lacked was because of the ownership she could have easily have worked with me another waitress and tagged along until she was comfortable enough to be a waitress on her own but obviously they don't train the people well enough there still trying to figure out what the other doofy looking guy was that was trying to intimidate me and he was a big dude but guess what I'm bigger than he is I didn't want to start anything because my 4-year-old daughter was right there but I've never been confronted by anybody in my 61 years on earth the way this guy confronted me in a restaurant and everyone that knows me knows I'm a super good guy I give everybody a chance and the and the benefit of the doubt so for me to even write this it is really not something I do. Just look at the pictures of this place and you can see everybody knows me that I'm from Brooklyn and pizza from there is like a religion okay Pizza is very important to people that front Brooklyn in the freshness of the ingredients is important and everything else is important too as well as a chicken fingers which were total garbage there. This place is name is Nino's 3 so that must mean they have two other places like this which boggles my mind. What kind of sauce did they use to make this pizza pie with That's the first thing it look like tomato juice is used. The chicken fingers were made of reconstituted chicken mystery meat chicken chicken nuggets are actually better at McDonald's than this was...
Read moreI typically order take-out from here but a family member was visiting from out of state last night so I decided to bring her here and we dined in. I wish that we didn’t. The staff is generally pleasant and on point, but i’d say that last night it was pretty off. First, the restaurant was blazing hot indoors.. like, unbearable. I’ve worked in family pizza shops throughout my teens so i’m all too familiar with how the heat radiates throughout the shop w/ the ovens.. but when you have a dining room full of people complaining about the heat, fanning their faces with menus, etc. it’s a clear indication that you should open your front door and let some air in to mitigate that. We absolutely could not wait to leave and barely touched our food because of how sickeningly warm it was.
A few gaffes from our server that aren’t a huge deal but definitely impacted the experience. After the food was dropped, we never had a single person come by our table to check if we needed anything, or if our order was okay. It’s Serving 101 to check your table within 3-5 minutes after their food has been dropped to their table to ensure everything came out correctly, refills, etc - but that didn’t happen. For example, we had fries. Ketchup is a common condiment for people who eat french fries, yes? Since it wasn’t on the table, i’d have expected the server to come by at some point to check on us but that didn’t happen. I’m not exaggerating when I say that nobody ever came to our table again after our food was dropped. I’d never experienced that before anytime i’ve dined out… i’m totally sympathetic to longer than usual wait times when a place is busy, but this was pure negligence of attention since we could see our server behind the counter periodically laughing/chatting with co-workers (which, there’s nothing wrong with that, but it shouldn’t be at the expense of your customers dining experience)
I’d keep it to take-out only next time, most likely.. maybe it was an off-night for them, who knows? In any case, the pizza is great here. I’m from southern NJ, so i’m used to the Aversas/Liscio’s bread rolls and the bread that they use here is far inferior in my opinion, so I avoid the hoagies/subs altogether. Not sure if that’s a northern jersey thing or just where this place gets their rolls. The server also wasn’t familiar with “cheese whizz” (the yellow cheese sauce that looks like nacho cheese) when I asked for cheese fries, when I explained the yellow cheese, I got melted yellow american cheese on my fries lol - not sure if that’s a regional slang difference up here either, or if cheese whiz fries are even a...
Read moreFirst and foremost, we have been ordering from them for the last 10 years. Service has always been efficient the food has never disappointed, If there's a situation, they always rectify it and make sure that my family and I are always satisfied with the outcome. Just today there was a situation and a mix-up. They were able to handle it swiftly and make sure that we were happy not only with the solution but again the flavor of the food presentation and service starting from the order through the delivery gentleman whom was also kind, generous and accommodating. I would recommend this to my company, my family and friends. So if you need a place for a banquet for a small party or just to feed your family on a Saturday afternoon, I highly recommend Nino's trattoria. I know it as brick oven pizza because it is the absolute most delicious pizza I've ever had. Very competitive and bar. None the best in my family. Thank you to the staff, the phone operating directors and everyone that it took to actually make this process a wonderful experience, stellar job. sincerely, hello David's family. P.S when you're hungry,...
