I bought the premise bread at Market Basket. I’m only making this 4 instead of five stars to offer a suggestion. The bread texture is off in a way, when I toast it it is so strange a little like melted plastic or over cooked chicken. I know that sounds strange but I really want to like this bread. It has the best ingredients list of all the bread at Market Basket. But I was pretty disappointed with the lack of bread-y texture. It’s like all nuts and melted plastic. Holy smokes. Some of the best dinner rolls I’ve ever had. My husband found them in Whole Foods and were hooked! He even convinced another shopper to not put them back on the shelf when they were thinking about it haha We also got some pretzels (thank you!!) that were delicious as well.
