Where to start...Carside Order, when the tracker said it was ready, I left my house. The store is approx 2-3 minutes from my house. Sat in the parking lot with my flasher on for 20 minutes. Went inside and was told my order was not ready yet. They were waiting on 1 item. I waited another 15 minutes inside before I finally got my order. After I got home, we discovered the order was wrong. 2 pizzas were not ours, and I was missing the dipping sauces I paid for. I returned to the store and was told it would only take 5 minutes to correct. 20 minutes later, I got my missing items.
Step back to the original order, all but 1 item was completed and sitting on the rack cooling down while I waited for the one item I needed. By the time I got my order, it was slightly warmer than room temp.
I worked for this pizza place for a period of time years ago under the old owner and under the now owner Noble Food Group (NFG). All I can say is that over the past 2 years, I have noticed this place has gone downhill. Flies crawling around on the pre stretched dough sitting on racks. Dirty counters were cooked food is being placed. Dropping food out of the ovens and shrugging it off but yet shorting the customer's order. The staff don't care about the customer. The young lady who said she is the manager shrugged off a customer in front of me as she complained about her hour long wait for her 3 pizzas, and the gentlemen who had to drive to the store to get his delivery order that was never delivered (the excuse was a porch pirate took it). The manager couldn't even answer the most basic questions about my order and was confused when I said I was missing items.
I seriously hope that the owners of this establishment take complaints seriously and will make changes to improve their business. Knowing the owner, I doubt that will happen. He cuts corners and costs to make as much money as possible while letting the customer suffer for...

Let me expand on why I believe she's not ethical, she stated multiple times that the pizza we ordered didn't come with garlic seasoning, yet if "anyone" goes to the Domino's online site and then goes into the menu and then goes into the pizza builder section of the Fiery Hawaiian pizza you'll clearly see that you can order either a small, medium and or large pizza and it clearly states: CHOOSE SIZE & CRUST HAND TOSSED Garlic-seasoned crust with a rich, buttery taste. Small (10") Medium (12") Large (14") So, after reading this information from the Domino's site to her and then asking her, what am I missing here??? She then tells me that it's actually a situation where the customer "must" ask for the garlic prior to ordering, are you kidding me??? I then ask her where it say's that and she only say's that she actually didn't even know what the Domino's menu even said and that it must be a problem from the corporate side of the company, does this line of c* work on most customers, unbelievable!!! If I can't even trust this location to be honest and straight with me and then take personal responsibility when they "do" make a mistake, then how can I be expected to trust them with feeding my family,...

When I arrived to pick them up (at the Keizer, OR. location) shortly after I waited for the guy going in and out with the pizzas and then decided to call to let them know I was there to pick up and pay with card. I repeated the card numbers at least 5 times before giving up and asking them to take the card. We then waited another 10 minutes for a pizza that should of already been done before I tried calling again. The girl that was working there came out and we let her know of our order she went back inside to check and said we have not paid and tried to charge us again. we showed her the receipt and she brought the pizzas out, 30 minutes after it was ready. we got our pizzas cold and I again called the store, same girl answer I complained about the pizzas being cold and requested a refund. She stayed quiet and no longer responded. I then called again and requested to talk to a supervisor, I gave the supervisor my complaint and again requested a refund. I told him I no longer wanted the pizzas and was leaving them out front. I really hope something is done to fix this and it doesn't...
