I went through the drive through and ordered two medium shakes, when I got the window the cashier said the total was 2.91. I said that can't be right I ordered two shakes. She had already run my card and had to a charge back. She said the amount would be refunded to my bank within two days. She had a really bad attitude about it. When I asked for my card back because I didn't want the shakes anymore she said she had already ran it again. They then gave me the shakes because I didn't want another charge back on my account. She also didn't give me a receipt for the second transaction. The shakes she handed me where messy and I got chocolate shake all over my hand. Before I could say anything she had already closed the window. I then asked through the closed window for some napkins and she grabbed a handful and practically threw them out the window. I got home and called the store to complain. I asked for the manager to make a complaint. The person in the phone said she was the manager. I asked for her name she said she wouldn't give it to me because of policy. I said that's fine, but I want to make sure I'm not talking to the person who took my order (whose name was Cassie A.) She said that she wasn't Cassie but would take my complaint. I told her the situation and she said the best she could do was remake the shakes. I said I don't want my shakes remade I want an apology. She said she wasn't going to make the employee get on the phone and apologize. I said I don't want an apology from her I want you know that she has a serious attitude problem. She said "Well I'm very sorry." In a condescending and snarky tone of voice. I then told her that I didn't think she was being sincere and that I would like to talk to corporate about this situation. She then refused to give me the corporate phone number and said that I would have to look it up myself. The employee and manager were beyond rude. Not only did they charge me the wrong amount and then have to do a refund, the shakes they handed me were filthy and covered in chocolate around the edge of the cup so when I grabbed it my hand got covered in chocolate shake. This is horrible customer service and I doubt I'll ever be back to a Dairy...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI arrived at the drive-thru and the car in front of me seemed to be taking to long to order and all I had to order was a shake & blizzard, so I backed up to go inside figuring it would be quicker..wrong..the lobby door was locked, so I went back through the drive-thru to place my order & when I approached the window to pay, I asked why the lobby was locked, the young lady told me because they do not have enough people working. I told her I was sorry & that apparently Denny's is having the same issue. Went there for breakfast and they had signs saying they were closing early due to unforseen circumstances. The server inside said that their night crew all walked off the job and they were closing to train a new staff. The current administration thinks that there are no jobs, that there is no issue because people are working...this is a joke𤬠We are out here working and EVERYWHERE we go there are hiring signs, restaurants are now open and can't be open due to people not wanting work, why should they when they can live off the government and our tax payers dollars. We got half of our order and was asked to pull to the side because they were waiting on fries. We waited over 10 minutes for someone to bring us the rest of our paid order. I finally had to go in to no staff member at the counter. A few minutes later, there was a customer at the counter complaining to a staff member that they prioritize the drive thru customers and she had been waiting over 20 minutes for 3 things, all ice cream. I literally had to scream at someone to get their attention, explained we had been waiting, food was just sitting there, probably for the entire time. Employee did not say anything to me just handed me the bag. Train your staff or shut your doors if you can't find people to work there. It's fast food not rocket science. Oh and with all the cars going through the drive thru, we were the only car asked to pull over and wait for a cheeseburger and fries and everything thing was...
