It is hit and miss with the staff here. I have had some of the most AMAZING people help me at this Starbucks. I once walked up with tears in my eyes and had the sweetest young man make and then buy my drink! So kind! But I have also went to this same one and gotten another barrista that seems so annoyed that he has to stop what he's doing to make me a coffee. Again quality of drink hit and miss. Lady with the glasses working night shift ready to close at 7pm - "I'm sorry, my ovens turn off at 7, I can't heat up the item you just paid for".
