This was one of the most disappointing experiences of ordering pizza. First, I kept getting errors when using Chrome to order, then I used my android phone and received same error message, and finally using Edge did not help either. I called the store, and they were unable to assist, and did not even know any contact information for the dominos.com website people, or even any other number to Dominos corporate. I explained that I was to receive free pizza, and they refused to give me as the error was online and they were unable to accommodate. Once I got to the store, I was told exactly the same thing that they were unable to give me the free pizza that I was due. When I asked for the name of the manager, I was met with a woman who was did not look like she was happy that I asked for the Manager name, and she pointed to the door where the name was written. By far the worst experience ordering 3 pizzas, breadsticks and chicken wings. Oh, and they forgot to give me the sauce I ordered with the wings. It was my fault I did not remember until I got home, but it was not included with the rest of the order. I really wish someone from corporate would reach out to me and explain what recourse I would have had if this was to happen again where the internet kept giving error messages and the store do not have any access to my account and/or the ability to solve...
Read moreOrdered for delivery on “Dominos Pinpoint delivery” after teasing us with “6 minutes for delivery “ NO pizza!! It’s been over two hours!! Drove to the store to try pick up…… one older lady which was already dealing with upset customers…. One older lady …that’s it no one else …. No wonder no one answered the phone…. One lady making pizzas …. I tried to explain that I wanted to pick the order up, that the store app. was showing delivered ,however order was never delivered. She commenced on teaching me how the store app worked and how I did not know about how not accurate the app was and how it did not show the delivery address…. I pointed out that it was a dropped pin in front of my house and if she moved her hand from the screen she could read the instructions as well as the map directions…. Hmmm yep I am an avionics tech that worked on classified aircraft navigation systems but a simple drop pin app kick my a+$. Well cold pizza got the house more than two hours later….the insurance button on the app showed an error to call the store… yep the store that did not answer the phones…… Side note this older lady never broke stride never stopped working, pizza order pizza in pizza out could not be angry with her as much as the manager or owner who would schedule...
Read moreThe worst experience my family has ever had at this domino's location. My dad went to pick up an order under my name and they kept telling him there was no order under that name. The lady asked for the phone #, which was my old one but my dad gave my new 1 instead without knowing. From then they started treating him with so much disrespect. He then called me and i advised him to give my old # which he did. That's when they found the order, that haden't even been started, I had ordered almost 1 hour before... The guy that was preparing the order started screaming at my dad that now he was going to hve to wait another hour because he said so. My dad was trying to tell him in a nice way that if it wasn't ready it's ok, but the guy continued to disrespect my dad. It's sad to say that no one can even order pizza anymore because the employees have no respect for those who are buying. This used to be our go to pizza place, but I can swear upon myself that I will never step foot in this place again. All because of one STANK employee. Manager's, I advise you start looking into the anger issues your employees may have because they will ruin...
