Ok, after the manager reached out to me and refunded me for the stuff below, I gave them another shot. I got their chicken bacon ranch slice as well as a ham and cheese panini. They were fantastic, cooked right, and very quick service. I appreciate them reaching out and making it right.
So, I've been going here for years. Recently, the service has gone down. First issue, I ordered multiple items and they forgot two slices of pizza for delivery. I called them, and they asked if I wanted it delivered or credit on my account. I told them I'd like it refunded, and they didn't like that but said ok. I left for work, and came home to find they delivered the slices.... And didn't refund me. The whole point of the refund was it was to late for their mistake, so pizza sitting outside for hours had to be thrown away.
Second issue, I bought pizza and went to pick it up yesterday. Brought it home, and after one slice down I picked up another and saw something under a pepperoni. It was fly larvae that had been cooked with the pizza. I've never seen this from any restaurant before. I called and got some girl who sounded like she didn't know what to do. I asked for the owner, or manager or anyone who I could talk to about this, because this is very bad. She took my number down and said she'll get someone to call me back. I waited 24 hours for them to call back. Still, no call. So here's my next method of dealing with this situation: leaving a review...
Read moreThey always messing up your order then have the nerve to have an attitude when you complain.. the cashier attitude is disgusting when you bring your order back and the manager isn't better... like today I ordered a large pie extra cheese extra sauce for delivery I get my off no extra cheese or sauce... I call store the manager answer says he will have another made but want the pizza back cool.. I get my pizza and all the cheese an sauce is on one side... I'm at work so to call back and gave to wait another hour for my lunch is crazy.. the time before this I ordered 2 orders of just tender and a small fry... they decided to give me one tender by itself then a tender amd fries and a small fry.. now thr problem lies when you order them separately you get 5 to 6 tenders inside of the 4... so I complained about not getting what I ordered the cashier had the audacity to say we'll we gave you extra fries... I didn't ask fo t extra fries I wanted my extra tenders like my other tray had... the manager then instead of making it right he says we'll we are only supposed to give 4 tenders so what I can do is make your order over and take the fries back.......
Read moreI placed an order and for the 2nd time in two days they messed it up. A few nights ago they sent the wrong sandwich, tonight they forgot a whole item. They are always messing things up. I understand it gets busy but 3 times in one month and twice in a matter of days is a bit much and to top it off the cashier that answered the phone couldn't even find my order under my name, address or phone number and then got nasty and asked if I was sure if I was calling the right store. I had to give her the ticket number to find the order. Then she offered to bring it out or put a credit on the account. How can you put a credit on the phone number when you couldnt even find me in the system under that phone number despite ordering from here a few time a week. Also, my total when I placed the order was different from the receipt and my missing item wasn't even printed on the receipt but was on my online order ticket I placed. I think I'll find a new place or make a trip to the Rockland street...
