Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Kenner

Yesterday I was with my mother and I placed an order in the drive-thru at the Kenner, LA location. After we received our order and pulled off, we looked at our food. My mom's deluxe chicken sandwich was cold when she bit into it. My nuggets didn't look appealing (little to no batter) but after biting into first nugget I couldn't eat it. The nuggets were extremely greasy and taste was off. Our fries were also soggy. We went back through the drive-thru to explain issue. My mother wanted her meal replaced and I wanted a refund for the nugget meal. When we made it to the window to explain the issue I was met immediately by a confrontational employee. Her name was Anna, and I think she is part of management. She told me "you ALWAYS want a refund". I explained this is my second time asking for a refund ever. She then stated "well you ALWAYS have an issue". I stated that was untrue and explained I just like my food to be correct and of quality. When my mother asked about getting hot fries along with her sandwich she was told "I'm not giving you new friends". Anna also never made eye contact, she just was extremely short with us and unprofessional. I now feel like I'm not welcomed at that Chick-fil-A establishment. The whole exchange was very upsetting and I'm disheartened to see someone with such a negative and nasty attitude be in a management position at Chick-fil-A. This is the 2nd time she's...

I have had 2 subpar experiences recently, with the most recent one being the worst. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo with a lemonade. The chicken was dry and unsatisfying. I've had better chicken at gas stations. The waffle fires were very bland with no seasoning at all (I would have liked them more probably if I had had ketchup, which we will get to in a minute). The only thing I truly enjoyed was the fresh squeezed lemonade, which saved it from a one star rating.

I left specific instructions for no ice in the lemonade, but there was ice. I asked for ketchup and mustard. They gave me no ketchup and no mustard. When the fries are as bland as they are, having no ketchup almost makes them uneatable.

I called the manager to complain about the omitted items, and her resolution was to try to throw some free food at me. First, it's pretty nervy to think I'm going to accept a handout. Second, why would I want another dry chicken sandwich with bland fries? Are you serious? Their employees are poorly trained. They cook dry chicken and they don't read the order tickets. The store manager needs to accept responsibility for the bad food and...

Just a reminder to all that read a review of an establishment. Please take in concideration how many exactly reviews this person's that's complaining has done. I'm an avid reviewer and to post a review regarding an establishment that I visited recently weather it was positive or negative review. This establishment located in Kenner La on Veterans is by far the best location I have visited! Believe me if there's a line of cars waiting on Veterans to enter this location...this location is really doing something right! From placing my order which I had to speak into the speaker phone because this morning was in the 30degrees which I'm very impressed by the way Chick FIL A has there staff member taking orders from the inside. Ms.Tamia helped me with my order than I was greeted by Mr.George that was standing outside to greet everybody including myself. Mr.George is very professional and a people person which I definitely felt like family. Ms.Rachel was also very professional and helpful. This location is the one you should be checking out.
