Firehouse subs Veterans Blvd Kenner — Restaurant in Kenner

I was looking forward to my first visit to Firehouse Subs in Kenner, La today, but was sorely let down by the food being misrepresented. I'm a HUGE Philly cheesesteak person, and I try them all over. Although all of the individual ingredients were good, they were not what I asked for. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak and got a roast beef sandwich disguised as a Philly cheesesteak. I HATE roast beef sandwiches, so you can guess what my response to this sandwich was. I am so disappointed. It looked so delicious and had good bread, cheese, jalapeños, etc. The store is clean and beautiful, and the service is great. I just wish I had gotten what I was asking for. I will not be returning. I tried the thanksgiving sub and when I got it to eat in, the wad of turkey on the sandwich was frozen. I brought it back to the pickup window and they happily remade it.
