Tried calling the Hardware department. After getting bounced around and Noone answering except the wrong department that would try to retransfer back to Hardware I decided to drive there while calling still... As I pulled in the parking lot the store HUNG UP ON ME! I was on the phone 12 minutes and 12 seconds and could not get ahold of the right department. So I assumed they were busy or short staffed. As I got in the store they had 3 people working Customer service with no customers. As I walked by the registers they had all open registers covered by staff PLUS 6 people standing in a line looking at the registers and not helping a customer. Just all talking with each other like it was break time. When I walked down the hardware aisle there was only one customer looking at items and on the other end of the aisle was one sales associate. I walked down to him and asked for help. The answer to the question I called to ask was a "no". I could have saved my time, gas and frustration if they would have just answered the phone. During my visit I passed 9 people NOT working before I got to the one hardware guy who was in the aisle. Didn't look like he was working either, but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt because he was at least in his department.

Read moreAbsolute worst customer service I’ve ever received as a small business owner in a very unreliable economy I understand how hard it is to have all your goods to be able to offer a service. With that being said the experience I was just faced with is completely unacceptable, I received a email at 815pm the night before my van rental was scheduled for informing me that it was canceled due to low stock in what I requested. Now mind you I’ve had this reservation booked for several days and was depending on this rental to conduct my business, this is completely unacceptable with less then 24 hours notice and now it’s well after every other business is closed. I then called the store to hopefully receive answers or possibly help with this issue to only be told by the lady on the phone that “they closed in rentals call tomorrow” I refuse to accept that as a answer and asked to speak with a manager. Unfortunately after wait 30 minutes on hold I hung up the phone and am now faced with the impossible tasks of finding a replacement vehicle for a 9am pickup jusy hours before. Read moreDuring my time in the tools department, I approached the designated cash register to complete my purchase. There was no cashier present initially, and as I waited, an older gentleman arrived, asking where he could pay. I kindly directed him to the same register and allowed him to proceed ahead of me in line. Shortly thereafter, the cashier arrived and informed me that I should use the cash register located outside to make my purchase.
Although I only had one item and intended to complete my transaction at the same register as the gentleman, the cashier repeated her instructions, asking, “Did you hear me?” I responded affirmatively but remained in line, as I was still under the impression I could complete my purchase there. After processing the gentleman’s payment, the cashier abruptly closed the register and stated, “This cash register is closed.”
I then proceeded to pay at the cash register by the exit door and, after completing my purchase, visited customer service to speak with the store manager. Unfortunately, I waited over 20 minutes only to be told that the manager was busy and unavailable to meet with me. This response left me extremely dissatisfied, as I felt my concerns were not...
