I ordered a pizza from work today which is right down the street from this location. I placed this order around about 3:30 on the Dominoes app. A little after 2 hours I received a notification saying your pizza has been delivered and we hope you enjoy it. The problem with this notification was that I never received the pizza I ordered. I called the store and the female that was taking orders over the phone said the driver couldn’t find it but he delivered it. I said excuse me mam but I never received a pizza. She then said he couldn’t find where you were so he returned to the store. I said well I provided a number that I can be reached at and usually they call you to find out where you are located if they can’t find where you are at. This never happened of course and then after telling her that she said well sir I’m not a delivery driver so I wouldn’t know. I said well okay so now that we know that I didn’t receive this pizza how can we make this right on a two hour pizza they said I received and I didn’t. She then stated that the manager said we can give you a free drink and remake your pizza. I stated well I get drinks for free all ready so I think I will pass on that. She said well we can’t do anything else because you put the wrong address down. Me being a D.M. for a fairly big company I said so that is your solution for this situation? She then said well you know what sir do you want the pizza or not because I don’t have time for this. I then stated so this is the type of customer service you provide after you all don’t deliver a two hour pizza that you all claimed was delivered that never got delivered and your driver didn’t even try to reach me to verify where I was located? She then said well sir I can void your transaction out and give you a refund I said no that’s okay I am on my way to come and get my refund in person so I can let the Manager on duty know exactly how bad this employee was over the phone when it came to customer service. The first rule to customer service is Empathy and clearly she has not been trained on what that is or what that word means. This place all ready doesn’t have great Google reviews as is I think it is a 3.1. Now because of the 1 star I will be giving this Dominoes I’m more than certain it will be lower and these days before consumers do anything in life they Google and look at the reviews. Maybe the Manager doesn’t educate her staff on how big customer service is and how it effects the business and because of that you won’t gain any new potential customers after they read reviews like this. This happen on 12/01/2017 and remember in Customer service you all ways put your best customer service personnel on the phones because they are your frontline and they are your voice of the company right then and there because the customer service they provide sets the tone with that customer that has put their trust in you to make their meal for the day. Read moreI would not advise anyone to eat here! The manager “Scott” is the guy who makes the pizzas and is cross contaminating everything. I’ve picked up a few pizzas from here after work at night and went inside to wait. When I was waiting not only did the manager “Scott” touch my money that I paid for the pizza with and was digging through change in the drawer. Then went straight to making a pizza without washing his hands. While making that pizza he then grabs the top of the trash can and moves it then goes back to making the pizza. Once again no hands washed. That was the first time I went in and the next time I went to pick up another pizza I watched him very closely and he almost had me fooled into thinking he washed his hands. But I watched him turn on the water rub his hands together then turn the water off. Dried his hands and went to making pizzas. He used absolutely no soap and his hands barely touched the water. Read moreI placed an order at the store the delivery to the wrong location called the store the store manager kept hanging up on me and wouldn’t help me to resolve my problem I went to the store to Manning and hung up on me told me the gentleman delivered it and he’s gonna send a new order out when I get there I spoke to the manager Chanel And she tells me you did not get your order I said no they asked the driver when did you deliver to it I still have it in the car so I asked for a refund the guy that I spoke to earlier she said he was a manager she said he just left I called the store five times and he kept hanging up on me this is the worst store worst Customer Service I don’t recommend nobody to go there And I would not do business with Dominos ever again so please stay away from...
